We had a short stay here great hotel, friendly and professional staff location close to all amenities and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach. 10 minute drive to/from Murcia airport would recommend this hotel to family and friends

We found the hotel,great value for money,the staff are both courteous and very friendly,the hotel itself is absoutely lovely in design and,comfort and close to all amenities and location from the airport is excellent.This is our second time to stay in the hotel,and we will definitely be back again.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Suite way exceeded our expectations. Staff seemed thin on the ground and couldn;t get a reply after midnight to order more pillows or some coffee

Our rooms were well furnished, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The staff were vey helpful. The spa was quiet, beautifully maintained and perfect for sunbathing. We would have no hesitation in visiting again!!

The comfort of the the rooms, helpfullness of the staff. The proximity to the hotel of the resteraunts, bars and the ease of access to San Havier airport, 10 min taxi ride away. When we arrived we were disapointed to find that the outdoor spa facilities were being refurbished which was one of the reasons we had booked a short stay, having stayed at the hotel several times before. However the hotel upgraded us to a suite as a way of apology which more than compensated for our disappointment, Thank you 525 and yes we will be back.

We were travelling to the area to view properties as we were going to live in the area so the location was excellent. Could not fault the hotel for service and cleanliness. The room had a relaxing classy feel to it with more space than you would expect from a standard hotel room. Bed was bit to hard also would have liked a kettle in the room.

the 525 was good, we stayed there because of location, our view from the balcony was beautiful, we just stepped out the back entrance and were surrounded by shops bars and resturants

Rooms were spacious and clean and the decor of the hotel was very swish. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was cold, we ordered room service this also was cold. Not many of the facilities were open, however we were out of season, I think this would be different in peak season.

Decor was very smart. Upper spa was great with fantastic views. Staff friendly and helpful. Bar food was good. No facilities in room for tea and coffee.Not enough pillows. Breakfast expensive at 14 euros nearby bars (the pasty shack) were only 4 euros for a great English breakfast.

Our mini Suite (301) very pleasant and we very much appreciated the complimentary Cava and goodies on Christmas Eve The tranquility of the bar in the evenings after hectic days with the family and also the young lady in the bar who helped make our stay so enjoyable No instructions on use of telephone or shower (Minor items)

The location was great and a lovely hotel, very modern and very clean. None of the facilities were open when we stayed there.The guy on reception at check in was not very friendly at all.

Spacious, comfortable room. Ideal location for us, as we had booked a meal in the square & didn't want the 30 minute drive home afterwards. Unfortunately, there was live music in the square on the night of our stay, which meant it was a bit noisy. The shower in the bathroom was not very easy to use.

The 525 was the perfect place for a secret rendezvous with discrete parking and fast reception check-in we were safe from the eyes of those who would gladly tell our partners what we were up to. It allowed us to go straight to the very nice junior suite and contemplate how lucky we were to have such a wonderful time together in this lovely hotel.

Friendly staff in Reception and Bar.Bedroom was spacious,clean and comfortable.Pool and Hot Tub on 5th Floor was an excellent amenity with changing rooms and toilet/showers closeby.Towel service also available. It is surrounded by very good cafes and restaurants and an extensive supermarket.It is only 10 minute taxi ride from Airport and a short walk to the beach of Mar Menor.I Would recommend it highly. There are too few sunbeds in pool area.
