Comfortable bed Excellent shower Silent air conditioning Views of the city from the balcony Breakfast basket is a lovely idea
There are no negatives with this accommodation
An excellent place. Metro station outside the front door. Atocha station across street-a three minute walk. Restaurants and food stores near .option to have breakfast delivered to door.
I loved the design of the unit - it was modern and very zen like. The unit came with everything you need for your stay, including coffee machine, nespresso, kitchen needs, and washing machine and detergent. Definitely recommended.
Our apartment had 6 of the 60 balconies! We loved everything. Very cool, light, airy and beautifully fitted apartment. Good wifi - so happy teenagers. Very well equipped right down to Nespresso machine and juice press. Ice cool aircon great in August heat.
TV lacked DVD, but hey, not a big problem.
Location was excellent for train and galleries, furnishings & bedding fantastic, rooms so quiet (even though the location is on a large busy roundabout) and breakfast box a real treat! Staff wonderful too!
So convenient, lovely apartment Perfect for our 4 day stay
Great location. Amazingly clean, well equiped. A perfect place to stay when in Madrid
Brilliant place to stay. Every thing was amazing. So very thoughtful to the last detail. Would love to have stayed for a week!!
Good location:1 minute to Atocha metro and 5 minutes to Atocha Renfe. Cleaning: have housekeeping everyday. Stuff: very helpful. In the deep night, the owner came over to me personally to solve my problem.
1. No bowls in the kitchen. 2. Cleaning lady didn't do their job very well. 3. There's no fire sprinkler system. Recommend to install for everyone's safe. 4. The extra bed we got is soft and not that comfortable. My son is not willing to sleep on it.
These apartments are great and ran by very pleasant people. Everything was great during our stay. Very good breakfast for the first day of stay. We even got a bottle of wine that was also very good. Service is superb !!! Definitely a place I will go back to.
In one of the units were we stayed the second floor tends to get extremely warm because it does not have a separate cooling unit. Other than this everything was great.
Private, comfortable, good breakfasts, clean, neat spacious. Great location. Close to Prado and Parque de Retiro.
Not really, just make sure you know where it is if you don't speak Spanish.
Location and proximity to museums and parks (did not need a car the entire time) Great breakfast on the first morning. Enough space for a family of 5 to spread out- comfortable beds. Many dining options just down-stairs.
It was a bit tricky to find. Use the McDonalds on the next corner to find.
Clean and spacious apartments. The dining area in a large verandah gave a great feel. It is plush and modern. All amenities close by, so with children it is very convenient.
We were charged for cleaning services when none such was provided and at check out we had taken care of the garbage also on our own. Nothing against 60 Balconies - BUT FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN BE CONSTANTLY ALERT AND NEVER LET YOU CHILD OUT OF SIGHT AT ANY MOMENT, BARCELONA IS A HOT BED OF CHILD KIDNAPPING. WHILE WE WERE THERE 3 COUPLES LOST THEIR CHILD IN MAIN TOURIST SPOTS AND SQUARES. Be mindful of your belongings at Alfresco restaurant areas and tourist hang out areas - its like Italy. I lost my wallet from my restaurant table just below 60 Balconies.
Beautiful apartment Great location Felt safe Complimentary breakfast
Perfect location, easy to move. Taxis and metro station are in front of the gate. Good restaurants area just 5 min away
Busy area in the evening time, specially on the entrance, but not big deal
Pretty much everything was wonderful about this hotel. The towels are spectacular. The young man who helped us check-in and then came the next day to check out our washing machine was beyond helpful. What a gem! The breakfast basket contained enough delicious food for two days. Now that we've figured out the machine check-in system, we will be back.
The machine check-in is quite confusing.
Great Location Nice, modern and relatively new facility
very small bathroom/toilet Air condition smelled very bad in the bed room We had to pay 7 Euros for the coffee capsules with no previous notice that it costs money..They capsules were just there
The location is very convenience, subway is in front. City tour (Hop on hop off) stop is at next corner.
We book via booking.com but we need to have apartment booking number to enter the building which we cannot enter the building, we have to wait the staff.
Location was great - 10 steps to metro and 300m from Atocha renfe station where airport busses stop. New, clean apartment, well functioning wifi, good cleaning service - what more could you ask. Breakfast was great. Balconies were nice too!
I had big problems with the keys and codes. Booking reservation number was not the right one and during 2 weeks i managed to stop 7 keycards from functioning... There were no instructions anywhere - not everyone knows how to use spanish washing machine, nespresso machine or which tablets are for dishwasher and which was washing machine... Also having some data about the nearest supermarkets and other services would have been useful.
The apartment was well appointed and spacious. We were able to walk to all the attractions from there. The surprise breakfast was great. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone
Great location. Very roomy and comfortable apartments. Helpful staff. Have stayed twice and recommend it.
Love the one bedroom unit complete with kitchen. Love the location as well.
Check-in was a huge problem initially.
Loved the modern ,clean , comfortable, excellently located and beautifully furnished (with a lot of thought behind it!) flat. Fantastic location- esp for museums and art galleries.
Nothing at all!! Oh- the check-in (on the machine) was a bit tricky- but worked it out in the end.
We loved: the location - very close to train, metro, taxis and the Sofia and Prado Museums; light, clean. fresh, sound proof and good air conditioning and wifi; daily cleaning; washing machine in kitchen, breakfast on the first day was much appreciated
Slightly tricky access with a single door only visible from the street and the Office located on the 2nd floor.
