Hotel de Encanto A de Loló  

Although compact a lot of thought had been put into the design and facilites provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had excellent evening meals on the two nights that we stayed there. We would recommend this hotel.

Probably because of the low season and "return" of the winter in the end of April there were no problems with leaving a car in front of the doors. Otherwise - plenty of parking in the street 200 away. Interesting decor of the hotel.

Wonderful little hotel in great location. The service especially by the waiter/barman whose method of determining whether I required well done or rare steak was very innovative, was excellent. All together a very comfortable and clean hotel for an excellent price

Boutique style small family run hotel. Stunningly beautiful design in every room. Gourmet standard seafood restaurant. Warm friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. Perfect stop for the weary camino walker or for a quiet weekend getaway. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Modern and affordable.

The walls are paper thin thus it's very noisy. We didn't have any hot water over the 2 days. Breakfast is first come first serve. If you're late, there's not much left to eat and the coffee/ tea is cold. There were bedbugs in our room and I had nasty bites!!! I would therefore recommend to pilgrims to rather stay in the Albergue! Beware, the hotel has no sea view.

Pleasant location convenient for the local shops, harbour and historical areas.

Absolutely perfect location, Encanto A de Lolo modern interior design marries the traditional building facade by telling a beautiful seamen story. Staff are ever so friendly and willing to meet your needs at the ready...and the food...oh my...the food...so deliciously fresh...a little paradise for the palate indeed! The "encanto" of this beautiful hotel, its people and its food will bring you back time and time again...a little gem that you would rather keep to yourself ...but belongs to the world and needs to be shared...

The decoration is really good, very modern and with good taste. The breakfast was really good too.

Stylish and in the centre of where we wanted to be

Not a criticism but hopefully a useful comment: The shower tray is too low, so water gets all over the floor. This didn't bother me, but the wood flooring will not last 6 months because of it!

We stayed at de Encanto a de Lolo the night we finished walking the Camino through to Muxia. It was a real delight. The furnishing and the sense of style would suggest a much higher tariff. The staff were extremely helpful, even to the point of preparing a very good packed breakfast as we were catching the early bus. This was without doubt the nicest hotel we stayed in on our walk.

I liked absolutely everything. Spotless modern rooms, great lighting, fast free wifi, delicious food, the closest hotel to the Sanctuary, a few minutes walk to the Sanctuary and right next to all the other restaurants and bars---but why when the meals are so good right there in the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect--when I had trouble getting wifi within two minutes of my reporting it someone brought and installed a router. I have had more than one five star hotel shrug their shoulders and do nothing more when I had similar problems with them. Since all the balcony rooms were previously booked I did not get one but they offered to move all of my belongings to one when it became available. Finally, when I said I'd be leaving early I found they had packed a huge brunch picnic for me. Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

Perfect location--the closest you can get to the Sanctuary, beach, downtown. Superb food, beautiful modern/tech decor and lighting, great roof top deck with 360 views and unbelievable service. I told the desk I couldn't get wifi in my room--a common refrain during my ten weeks in Spain--but this response was amazing. Instead of the usual response, including five star hotels like the parador in Santiago, I had a router delivered and installed in my room in less than five minutes. When I told them I would be leaving early in the morning they insisted on packing me a "picnic" that was waiting by the door in the morning-- sandwich, Magdalena, juice, water, fruit and coffee. Throughout my stay everyone went above and beyond to make me comfortable-- If you don't stay here on your visit to Muxia you will regret it--perfection.

Great location and very friendly staff. Room was light and airy.

Wifi was flaky but engineer was on site to fix it.

Superbe façade - intérieur design - personne trés acceuillant avec une personne parlant français - facilité pour stationner une voiture - petite ville balnéaire trés calme : parfait pour une ville étape - chambre propre et design - petit dejeuner copieux - restaurant avec une belle carte (beaucoup de choix) bref un trés bon hotel à recommander !

Me ha encantado el estilo del hotel, todos sus detalles creados con muy buen gusto. Además recomiendo el restaurante, todo estaba buenísimo.

Por decir algo, pues nos marchamos encantados, que no hubiera secador en la habitación. Nos dejaron uno en recepción, así que no tuvimos problema.
