Located close to Metro Friendly and Helpful staff at reception Breakfat - very nice, good value for money.
Beds a bit hard
Nice area of Madrid easy access to everything .
Excellent staff, good location, size and cleanliness of room.overall outstanding value for money and will definitely recommend
I travel a lot for business and this was the best experience in a hotel in years. The check in was at 15:00 but we got our room at 12:30 as we arrived in Madrid earlier. We upgraded our room for just 8 euros and it was very very nice. Room service breakfast was delicious. Food variety and quantity was more than what was needed. You get a full minibar for free. The refill will cost you though but you can drink the initial beverages. Internet worked well. Nice room commodities. We found the hotel a bit hard when we went out by foot as the surrounding buildings look similar. It was not that far from the city center but still you might want to take the metro.
lack of slippers / bath robe.
Front desk staff was very helpful, shows good training. Rooms and facilities were modern and clean, hotel is well cared for. Good location, many nice restaurants close. Metro within easy walk.
It was comfortable, quiet and peaceful
There was no kettle and enough cutlery in the kitchen. Dressing gown and slippers were not supplied
We loved everything about this hotel, location, vfm, cleanliness, it felt like a really good 4 star! The staff were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Nothing everything was great
I highly recommend thid hotel for its Quite location. Ease of access from airport via metro. Metro station near hotel. Friendly service. Clean & comfortable rooms. Lovely garden Good value
Comfortable, clean and modern.
Not being able to get some English channels on the Television
Nice, comfortable and big rooms. Great bed and sofa.
Noise isolation is a problem like in most accomodations in Spain. You should expect that cleaning staff will start their work around 8-9 a.m. and they do it loud.
The hotel is in a quiet area. Hotel staff were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. rooms are spacious and bedding is comfortable. there was also a mini-kitchen which was handy. The metro is just few steps away which made travelling around so convenient. Many local restaurants are available. a nice bakery and a small supermarket are just few meters away. You can also book tickets for some local attractions through the hotel. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed all there!! It was our best trip :)) except 1 thing that can be improved..
The thing that can be improved: in the mornings there are noises of cleaning.. about 8:30. If it was cleaned a bit later , it would be awesome because after i went to sleep at 5:00 in the morning, i woke up because of these noises. Anyway thanks for all!!!! What a perfect hotel and kind people :-) gracias!!
nice location, helpfull staff, very clean
The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good
It appears that they have staff shortage, no porter and only 1 breakfast attendant.
Quite location and neighborhood. Room was very large with a garden view and I was given a higher floor as requested. Kitchen facilities a plus. Area has many conveniences-metro, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants etc...
The reception is not very welcoming or hospitable and is the weak point of this aparthotel. I wish they would have had napkins and kleenex in the bathroom. Also, it is nice they had a free minibar one time but a coffee machine with no coffee, sugar, cream provided is a bit odd. I wanted to check out late and was told the hotel was fully booked and they could not let me check out later than 1pm. In August, the occupancy rate is very low in hotels in general in Madrid and I certainly did not have the impression it was fully booked. Perhaps they had a large group coming in, I don't know. However, I realized that you can check out late if you pay for it, they have an hourly rate. This was never suggested by reception, it was suggested by me. I found it strange they allowed me to stay in the room late after I agreed to pay when two different people from reception told me it was not possible past 1pm. I wish they had just been forthcoming with information regarding late check-out instead of making it seem like they were doing me some great favor and making a big deal about pretty much nothing.
4 star hotel at 5 star hotel level with very low price! Roomy, comfortable big bed, free mini bar. Even with heated cloth dry stone. Very well managed hotel. Very nice neiborhood. Will stay again!
Nice rooms and staff very helpful
If you like it calm, DON'T take room nr 107... the housekeeping starts at 7 a.m. and you hear every move...in general the hotel is quite noisy...
I loved the room.
First of all, when I came on the 6th, they said my card could not go through to debit my a/c that morning that they were fully booked. But took me to their sister hotel Jardin Metropolitan for that day, apologised very well for that. I came back the next day. They made up for the disappointment by giving me a higher room than what I paid for, gave me as complimentary all the drinks in the mini bar. A stroll to the garden was so soothing and relaxing. Front desk and house keeping staff were superb. In fact, everything was in perfection.
Nothing. You can't find any fault even if you want to.
liked all the location near the metro with good access to the city center, very friendly members and helpful staff at check in gave earlier were very helpful will return
wi fi a bit slow
clearness, good value for money, comfortable beds ambitious personal
safe had very bad position
Jose and Juan Carlos were nice.....
Sonia ( I believe that was the manager's name...) was totally unhelpful and unconcerned with the fact that so many things were wrong. None of the English speaking channels worked on the TV, (not that they were the only ones...) the air conditioner barely functioned, the shower flooded regularly, the elevators were rubbish, and the refrigerators were tepid at best. One of the absolute worst experiences I've had in any hotel. I would have been better at a motel 6. The maids did a dismal job cleaning, and for some reason my second room didn't even have a bidet. I don't understand what's going on with this hotel. From the start it was a disaster and they didn't even have the right room that I had reserved. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room Size and Location - very close to metro
It's not a hotel but more of a hotel apartment No restaurants in the hotel except the breakfast Room service is limited Wifi quality was poor
Price and facility
The room is as described and shown in the hotel photos. Large confotable bed and a long couch for chilling out in the room. Wifi is fadt and free. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is good value for money. Im highly impressed about the outdoor garden.
No swimming pool.
