The hotel was wonderful. good location, room was so clean and comfartable. and the restaurant was also good. when I visit again, I want to stay at this hotel again! |

Everything. First hotel workers, very nice informacion about the city and fenomenal personal treat; rooms excelent, our was in the last floor,(3th) silence, comfortable, clean, great decoration etc...definitely make us feel like at home. we will come back. |

Position of the hotel was excellent right across from the market and the old quarter. Hotel staff were very helpfull and the hotel recently upgraded excellent price for our stay. We would stay here again. |

Professionally run; hardworking, polite, helpful, generally friendly staff; very clean establishment; impressive stone building, especially the interior; excellently situated for access to the old town. 2 minor points: we had to wait for service at the reception desk a few times; there was occasional traffic noise from the main road at night. |

Cleanliness of rooms and nice bar/restaurant. Our room did not have a balcony and not much daylight due to there being only one small roof window. I thought all rooms had a balcony by the hotel description. |

The location of the Hotel was excellent, across the road from the market and the old town. We did the half board package, which included breakfast and an evening meal. The former was a little sparse, however, the evening meal was delicious, allowing us tourists to sample traditonal Galician food, not availible in the in restraurants in the old town. The room was comfortable and clean. Our room was at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of traffic noise which woke us up at night. |

The hotel manages to combine lots of character with a stylish contemporary feel. We found the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Excellent location and superb value overall. Bear in mind hotel is on a main throughfare so some traffic noise. |

The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. The food in the restaurant was of a very good quality and the "menu del dia" in particular was very good value for money. The only slight complaint we had was that smoking was allowed in the restaurant. |

The rooms are very well presented and very comfirtable and clean, the carfe bar in the hotel was very nice for breakfast. We did not have time to use the restaurant. Would deffinately reccomend this hotel. |

sehr zentrale Lage und gute Busanbindung, nettes Personal, persönliche Atmosphäre, schöner Frühstücksraum, Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber lecker und ausreichend, sehr atmosphärische Zimmer, schönes Design, Zimmer, Handtücher und Bett selbst sehr sauber, abschließbarer Gepäckraum neben Rezeption Zimmer zur Straße recht laut, Im Bad war nicht ordentlich geputzt |
