no noise from other rooms, my step son was able to use his electric scooter throughout the Hotel Some electrical items in the room did not work, would suggest amore regular inspection of those items. |

The room was very new and furnished to a high standard. The breakfasts were excellent and the whole visit was very good value for money (~80 Euros per night). The staff were very helpful We did not eat dinner in the hotel but the menu looked extraordinarily pretentious. |

friendly reception staff gym closed morning and evening, never got to see it, let alone use it. no soap on arrival, and housekeeping staff not there to provide any until the next day. location far from alhambra, which is good if you have a car! (too difficult to drive and park near the alhambra) |

Supermarket in front. Nice setting and modern architecture. Not very far from The Alhambra. Staff should be more helpful and less impersonal. Fee in the hotel car park was incredibly expensive (10.70€) with no other options for safe parking outside de hotel grounds. Indoor swimming pool was unavailable for free for hotel guests: a fee of 20€/per person was required. Gym claustrofobic and stuffy. Rooms nice but on the small side. Check-out took a long time: there was only one recepcionist |

Wireless internet was hard to use due to the poor strength of the signal. Hotel Staff was not very friendly. Food was very average. Use of Spa was expensive. On our stay in mid September swimming pool was pretty much not usable since the water was very cold, although the outside temperature was around 30c (solar heating could be a good idea in the future). |

Excellent value for money, quite and only a short taxi trip into the Centre. The hotel was not Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the lobby. I would have liked it to be Wi-Fi throughout. |

We got a studio-like room. It was pretty big and nice. Hotel is not situated in the center but there is a direct bus. Taxi is about 7 EUR. |
