Good quality and helpfull staff. Rooms good equiped with all what needed. Easy access from highway.

The internet connection was really very slow so I would not recommend it for business travellers or people who need internet.

Location right next to motorway. Only 30 mins to the skiing. Fantastic value for money. Cost about one third of the cost of a similar hotel in the ski resort.

Very close to Granada's ring road which means you can get to Sierra Nevada (local ski resort) very quickly and enjoy the city centre at the same time. Travel time to the city centre is about 5 min and cost between eur 5 and eur 7. Taxis were readily available from the hotel and the hotel also had underground parking. Hotel staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were a good size and we got excellent value for money. The toilets are also very 'modern'.

It would have taken too long to walk to the city centre, but this was fully commensurate with the hotel's price.

As I have said before,without any doubt overhaul,one of the best Hotel's in Granada. Trust me,look no further.You would only be wasting your time. Just use your valuable time,enjoying this,very beautiful, wonderful, charismatic City.A visit to Granada,would be something you would embrace and cherish forever.

As I said ,last time I stayed complaining about the dinner I had In the Hotel. I eventually got a reply after many E-mail's. I stayed 4 day's this time. As promised, the management did not make contact with me.I am In management.I find It strange to stay somewhere, where the staff are very helpful,but the management fall very short of having a clue, on how they should deal with a regular customer, who make's a very genuine complaint Do not allow this to put you off staying here. One would just hope, you do not have to make a complaint to the management,because unfortunately you would most definitely be falling on deaf ear's.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude The spa that were one of the reasons we choose this hotel was unorganized and for a fee of 20€ we only can stay 1 hour. That was not refered in the site. In the reservation was refered that we can cancel the reservations but in the hotel they denied that possibilitie.

I liked that the hotel was approx 5 min by taxi from city. Near but still not in the mess...Lovely city to visit:-)

Wonderful Hotel. I have stayed in many Hotels in Granada,but I alway's come back here. Overall this is without any doubt, one of the best in Granada.

I had the buffet for 18euros in the Hotel on Tuesday, It was probably the worst meal I have had In Granada In 6 years. I was very disappointed. This would not stop me staying at the Hotel,I would use all the over wonderful restaurant's in Granada for dinner,as I have alway's done. I did complete the complaint form and would fully expect some feedback from the Hotel.If I do not get any,then I would seriously have to rethink where I am going to stay in future in Granada,when I visit,usually about 6 times a year.

Everything was great. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful. We have decided to stay 1 day less the what we booked and we had no problem to get our money back for prepaid staying. The design in general is nice and relaxing and I will come back.

Tv remote control doesn't work. The staff in spa doesn't speak any English.

Out of the noisy city centre but not far to travel in , local bus terminus with frequent service ( 10mins) and only 1.50 euros. A few resto's within walking distance. Rooms modern, clean and comfortable.

The design with some rooms on the floors1-3 overlooking the hotel reception /restuarant area.....noisy marriage celebration ongoing when we arrived which was heard in our room. the staff kindly put us on the 4 th floor in a nice quiet room.

My wife discovered a hair strap on the bathroom under the sink that was there for god knows how long.

The hotell staff was great. They were friendly and helpfull. I allso liked that there good comunications into the city.

I was disappointed and surprised from the location of the hotel. While the hotel is located in a nice and new neighborhood, it is at a remote location from the city center. I was under the impression is only 400 meters from the city center only to realize that it is located at the last bus stop (number 4) and a remote neighborhood in Granada.

habia una comunion en el hotel, y los niños dejaron de correr y dar gritos a las 12:45 de la noche, cuando llame a recepcion para dar las quejas de una musica extridente que no nos dejaba dormir, me respondieron que tenian pagada barra libre hasta las 02:00, y que no podian hacer nada, solo cambiarnos de habitacion, sin garantias de no oir la musica. No volvemos mas.

Su diseño es muy original. El personal se desvive por atenderte. Buena relación calidad-precio. Si hubiese tenido 10 pisos más, la vista habria sido impresionante.

Nos quisieron enviar al edificio contiguo con una reserva previa de un mes. Protestamos y se arregló.

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la habitación, la limpieza,.... ¡Ha sido estupendo!
