The peace and tranquility once I walked into the hotel. The hotel was contemporary and played to all of my senses.

There was mildew in the show stall. Felt uncomfortable when showering.

The freshness, newness and contemporary style of hotel

The room we booked was a double room however the actual bed was made up
of 2 twin beds pushed together which either slid apart during the night
or the seams dug into our backs. This meant we ended up sleeping on only
one of the single beds which was uncomfortable. A double room should
come with a one double bed.

Very beautiful and well design modern hotel, Clean and comfortable room with big bed and nice bathroom.

It,s a little bit far away from the center of the town but very near the hotel is the bus station for bus No.4 which takes you to the center of Granada in 10 minutes.

Incredibly good and helpful staff, outstanding cleanliness, all facilities from the internet to the swimming pool were great. Easy access to town centre and Alhambra on number 4 bus. Taxis also very reasonable. Bar food in hotel very good. The Abades Nevada Palace is a fantastic hotel and we had a great week. Thank you!

Excellent location and facilities.

Payment for parking for hotel guests seems out of order for a 4 star hotel.Hotel staff not very cooperative - they must inform guests that payment for parking ticket must be done at hotel before exit. I was stuck at the ramp while the parking door closed behind me !

It was a great Hotel with very good price.

It was a little bit far away of Granada but very close to Alhambra. If you go to Granada by car I strongly recomand you go and stay in this hotel.
