Facilities, excellent buffet breakfast, pool etc.
Location, you need to taxi wherever you want to go. Hotel however provides that
The waiter. The basic building.
The management (non existent) The maintenance (plumbing did not work, moldy showers, everything run down)
Rude staff, faulty aircon, run down pool area, no coffee making facilities in the room with no way of getting a coffee after 23.30 unless you went to the McDonalds nearby. Would not recommend!!
Close to bus stop and cafe for breakfast, most staff members were friendly, room (junior suite) was a good size.
One particular receptionist on arrival, room fittings and carpets seemed a bit run down, the pool was very cold, charging for water in the fridge with no minibar price list
The room was very modern and clean. The staff were also great.
The car parking fee for guests is expensive. There were problems with setting up the wifi. Tea and coffee making facilities were expected at that grade and price, but there were none.
Sanitary (revolutionary) appliance
Spa is amazing. We had a very relaxing time.
Didn't like 2 beds instead of 1 double not very comfy bed. More friendly staff would be great.
Easy to visit the Sierra Nevada & the ity
The room was comfortable. I was staying with my two children and you were very accommodating putting an extra bed in.
Wi Fi wasn't very good in our room.
The location was perfect for Sierra Nevada. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and spacious. Spa facilities were great.
No double bed, not good for a romantic break. Also wifi was terrible. We couldn't connect for the whole time we were there. We expected some sort of tea/coffee facilities in the room, even just a kettle would have done. Was also surprised to be charged 10euro per night for parking.
Clean modern hotel with helpful staff at reception. Room cleaned to a good standard each day.
Breakfast was poor simply because the hot breakfast every morning (4 mornings) was cold. As a result, we had very little food and certainly did not get value for money. This would be the only reason why I would not consider staying at the hotel next in the summer, when we return to Granada!
location for us: skiing in sierra nevada
1. breakfast very poor 2. spa unnecessarily extravagant - steam/ sauna and spa pool for two- 30 Euros, and the steam bath was not even operational! 3. staff a little impersonal. not empowered to make decisions to assist customers without referring to management, thus delaying service time
all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Comfortable room with lovely view, excellent value at 55 euros a night..
No wi-fi in room, only Spanish tv available, no heating in public areas of hotel
Hotel very convenient to get to Sierra Nevada skiing. Good control for heating and air con. Quick taxi ride or bus into Granada city. Good breakfast and very helpful staff,
No bath in bathroom only shower. Having to pay extra for pool and spa.
It was really close to get to from Sierra Nevada. Only took us 25 mins drive. However, if you're planning on going to the centre of town, it takes around 15mins taxi ride, 12-15 euros (form hotel to Alahmbra). We also booked a Spa session which was amazing especially after a full day of skiing.
Breakfast on a Sunday was until noon and it was buffet. The food was good but cold.
Loved this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly.
There was nothing that we didn't like in this hotel.
Excellent & helpful staff (thank you, Juan-Luiz). There is a frequent local bus service into the city (No.4), 10 minutes and about €1.60. For those wanting to visit Alhambra it easier to get a taxi (about 8 minutes) at about €8. Breakfast was excellent, great selection - but sometimes it was a battle with the coach-tour crowds. The same problem ocurred in the evening as the dining hall could be packed. Good restaurants are only 5 or 6 minutes away.
Crowded restaurant at night, when coach groups took precedence. Car parking charge, but very convenient as it was below ground.
Easy taxi ride to Alhambra. Excellent a la carte menu.
Wonderful spa , delicious breakfast , design hotel , nice price!!!!!
