wystrój,nowoczesna architektura,klimat Byliśmy niemile zaskoczeni koniecznoscia opłaty za wejscie na wewnetrzny basen,jeszcze sie nie spotkalismy z taka sytuacją.Zewnetrzny był nieczynny od dnia naszego przyjazdu-zabrakło informacji na stronie.Wybralismy ten hotel ze wzgledu na baseny,a w rezultacie nie skorzystalismy z żadnego.Opłata za samo wejscie na godzine na basen wewn.w wys.40Euro zaskoczyła nas bardzo. |

Nowoczesne, czyste pokoje z nowoczesnymi, czystymi łazienkami. Niezły salon SPA z miłą obsługą, dobra restauracja, przyjazny klimat. Polecam ten hotel z czystym sumieniem! Dość daleko od centrum, chociaż łatwy dojazd autobusem nr 4, praktycznie spod hotelu. |

no noise from other rooms, my step son was able to use his electric scooter throughout the Hotel Some electrical items in the room did not work, would suggest amore regular inspection of those items. |

The room was very new and furnished to a high standard. The breakfasts were excellent and the whole visit was very good value for money (~80 Euros per night). The staff were very helpful We did not eat dinner in the hotel but the menu looked extraordinarily pretentious. |

friendly reception staff gym closed morning and evening, never got to see it, let alone use it. no soap on arrival, and housekeeping staff not there to provide any until the next day. location far from alhambra, which is good if you have a car! (too difficult to drive and park near the alhambra) |

Supermarket in front. Nice setting and modern architecture. Not very far from The Alhambra. Staff should be more helpful and less impersonal. Fee in the hotel car park was incredibly expensive (10.70€) with no other options for safe parking outside de hotel grounds. Indoor swimming pool was unavailable for free for hotel guests: a fee of 20€/per person was required. Gym claustrofobic and stuffy. Rooms nice but on the small side. Check-out took a long time: there was only one recepcionist |
