nice restuarant

got billeted to another hotel because we were displaced by a bigger group, despite being properly booked in via your service

pleasant enough stay, had the hallmark of a mototrway service station, cafe/shop etc and numerous bus parties

I felt aggrieved that we had to move out after one night to return the third night due to a previous booking increasing there number. This will stop me booking there again, very unprofessional

The fact that despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel still have away my room. Ended up sharing a room with a friend. Not even an apology from the hotel.

the hotel decor was very nice. the location was handy for motorway and countryside

Essentially a one night stop over sort of place and in that respect better than average. More or less on the motorway but good sound insulation and very quiet. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the meal although not cheap 16 euros plus drinks was very acceptable and the service was excellent

The parking arrangements should be made more explicit. The implication was that private parking was extra . On our trip to Spain we had stayed in a few hotels where parking on site was not possible or very limited so we assumed we had to book parking. In reality there was ample parking outside the hotel but we were lumbered with 7 euros for an underground car park. Small point but irritating..., Also the nuts in the cafeteria/ bar area were stale and pistachio nuts were mixed in with the almonds, peanuts etc resulting in a lucky escape re a potential tooth disaster!

The only thing missing was tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms,we were very happy with the rest,the cafeteria is one of the best we have seen in Spain.

Esta al lado de un área de servicios en la autovia con demasiado bullicio, parada de autobuses y muchos viajeros que no suelen hospedarse en el hotel, con la inseguridad que ello genera

Sijainti hyvä,tästä käsin voi katsella lähiseutua,jopa kauempaa kuten me kävimme Granadassa ja Sierra Nevadan-hiihtokeskuksessa. Olimme 3 vuorokautta,nähtävää riitti.

Sänkyjen patjat olivat aivan liian kovat, oli kuin nukkuisi styroksin päällä. Aamiainen kuului hintaan ja oli naurettavan ala- arvoinen.Tarjotaan n.s kahvibaarissa kaiken hälinän keskellä.Tarjolla kroisantti, tuoremehu, kahvi ja makeita leivoksia.Nämä saavat 0 arvosanan.

Las instalaciones están bien. Nos ha gustado el sistema de calefacción.

Esas instalaciones están poco cuidadas. El desayuno si lo incluyes en el precio es muy caro, escaso y bastante mal atendido, te lo sirven en una cafetería con parada de autobuses de viajeros. MAL. La ubicación del hotel MALA

Aparcamiento gratuito. Verca de la ciudad de Guadix. Ambiente tranquilo. Habitaciones espaciosas con baño grande. Limpio.

La calefacción central estaba rota, pero lo solucionaron con un calefactor; a pesar del frio que hacia fue suficiente.

Não estava funcionado o aquecimento central do quarto e no lugar tinha um aquecedor portátil que na minha opinião não era suficiente. No restante o hotel estava de acordo com o oferecido.

Estaba lleno y nos asignaron una suite con jacuzzi

esta a un par de km del centro, junto a la autovía; a nosotros no nos importaba, solo es para que lo sepan

Das Frühstück kann man nicht empfehlen, denn ein Kuchen oder ein Boggadio mit kaffee und Orangensaft ist einfach nicht genug.

Hotel facile da trovare.buon confort della stanza.

Situación, dado que mi estancia fué como consecuencia de una etapa en mi ruta, está muy bien situado en un area de la autovia. No incluye desayuno, pero se puede desayunar bien en la cafeteria del hotel y a buen precio.

Necesita una renovación, se ha quedado un poco antiguo. la TV muy antigua y se ve fatal, la wifi no funciona en la habitación.

Hotelli oli rauhallinen ja siisti. Hyvä pysähdyspaikka Sierra Nevadan kierroksella tai Granadan Alhambraan. Parkkitilaa on hyvin hotellin pihalla, ei tarvitse varata maksullista pysäköintiä jos ei halua autoa talliin. Me olimme varanneet maksullisen pysäköinnin ja automme oli ainoa tallissa.

Aamiainen mikä kuuluu hotellihintaan ei ollut hyvä, henkilökunta sähläsi eikä tiennyt mitä siihen sai ottaa. Erikseen ostettuna olisi kyllä saanut hyvän ja monipuolisen aamiaisen, oli valinnanvaraa.

La situación y el personal de recepción.

Está un poco dejado. Colchas con boquetes de quemaduras. Tercera cama con colchones poco confortables. Focos empotrables descolgado.

la relacion calidad precio

Habitación muy amplia. Silencio general. Limpieza evidente. Camas cómodas y amplias también. Eficiencia del personal.

Nos costó bastante encontrarlo. Llegamos gracias al GPS del móvil, porque se nos había estropeado el que llevamos normalmente, pero sin GPS creo que nos habría sido difícil, porque no está muy bien señalizado.
