Staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating, and came from all over Europe! Their language skills were excellent. Parking a real bonus as there was none nearby. Brilliant location and a short walk to all the shops and tapas bars! WiFi was very flakey and sometimes didn't work at all. Air Con in our 2nd floor room didn't really have much effect. Wasn't that hot during our trip, but in the height of summer, would have been unpleasant.

The pictures really do this hotel justice. Lovely wee secluded courtyard garden. The room (3rd floor), whilst having no balcony, was spacious and clean with a fridge to keep our water and "Alhambra" cool. The staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. The wireless was a bit dodgy. Connected my phone but not our laptop.

Clean, friendly staff, good location. We had problems with our flight and when we arrived, they had no more rooms at the hotel. But we took an apartment for the same value.

Great location, fab staff, rooms a bit stuffy but the hotel was great with its interiors and a lovely yard to read a book or relax at the end of the day by the fountain.

Very nice room &decor, great to have kettle. Easy to find. Beautiful courtyard. Some helpful staff. When I found there was no hot water, the young French receptionist was totally unhelpful. It took a lot of hassling to get anything done. Very casual response ,no apology. Courtyard was not cleaned, empty glasses, dirty tables, ashtrays were left all day.

The hotel was located in the small street so there was not noise during night, the facilities were sufficient , the room was really nice and there was small atrium where people could have a drink. There was a fridge and kettle in the room the hotel does not offer the breakfast, but with the fridge and kettle or the breakfast bar 1 minute from hotel it was not a big problem.

Good atmosphere, great central courtyard which I regret that I did not have more time to enjoy. Had difficulty finding this hotel as it is located in a back street/alley. They should invest in better sinage and make it clear on the web site that the location is a bit obscure.

Hotel is certainly nice+value for money. Clean, nice garden, modern rooms. Design is typical spanish---tiles etc which are cold. Also noisy as ceiling of my room was wood of floor above, with 3inch thick wooden doors when banged shut, every sound echoed. Unluckily I was ill in bed 2 days and noise of doors dreadful and movement on floor above. No curtains/rugs to absorb. Hot water not on in middle day, many hotels do that not make allowance for tourists in, during day.

All the Good Hotel has already been described in the offer and it is true. VERY VERY poor sound insulation. It would be TO SAY THAT THEY ARE NOT AT ALL. Neighbors' rooms, you can hear the roar of the refrigerator, all the heels of water and running. Of course hear the birds singing and this helps to wake up in a good mood. LOL

Great location, within a 10-minute walk of the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the Madraza Palace, bus routes to Alhambra, etc. It is also near restaurants, grocery stores, and taxi stop. The hotel is small and quaint but very comfortable.

Very attractive entrance and Andalusian courtyard. Pretty room off the courtyard with large wet room type shower room, so suitable for people with mobility problems. Kettle and fridge provided & tea and coffee etc for small additional charge. Heating worked well. Provided with map and given good recommendations for breakfast and dinner/tapas. Centrally located and with private parking included for a good price. Would have preferred a shower room with shower enclosure and would have liked some rugs on the floor. Spanish ceramic tiled floors are freezing cold in the winter but overall it was very good value and we shall be back.

Very friendly welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Secure parking included in price so made the hotel very cheap for a City hotel. Location great, 10 mins to Cathedral Third bed in our room which was for a double!

The staff especially were all very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect, although our first impression hadn't been great, approaching it as we did from lots of wee narrow streets on a Sunday afternoon. The noise other guests made when accessing their rooms and moving about in them....a suggestion which could ease that is to put those stick-on pads on the bottom of furniture legs?? Of course you can't put them on guests' shoes!!!!

The hotel was comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. Very well located for the city centre attractions and buses to the Alhambra. Having said that we used taxis as they are very good value. Worth a visit and we will use again. The hotel suffers a little from the approach through narrow graffitti lined streets.
