Service and staff is great and helpful. Nice breakfast and location is good, walking distance to a metro. Clean rooms.
No insulation between rooms, and poor windows insulation. Noisy at night.
Hotel is situated near to the station and you can get to the city center by metro very soon. Staff is nice and helpful!
Internet is really problem and very slow (almost not working). You have to pay extra (1 EUR per day) to get normal internet in your room
Location; easy access to main sites, resteraunts and metro
Small rooms and very basic amenities, bit steep for the price you pay.
Location, staff,value for money,breakfast
The hotel is very near the Sant Pau Cathedral and just two blocks from the metro station. Special thanks to one of their staff, Dani, who helped us in booking our tours and he was very accommodating and welcoming to us.
Me and my wife went for a 3 days stay in Barcelona. We stayed here for 3 nights and we enjoyed the stay there. The staff was friendly and jovial The Hotel location is the best its just opp to sagrada familia and the streets are flooded with restaurants.we spent some time jus in these restaurants and drinking Sangria and eating good food. There is metro nearby. But we took the Vesping scooter so we dint have to worry too much about the travel.
You can hear other people from their rooms but it's fine and not that bad. :)
Really good at all!
good location, very central, the room is clean, staffs are friendly
feel quite stressful because there's no window
Close to metro Away from busy streets Clean simple room
Very poor wifi that was advertised as included Very small bathroom
The hotel is very clean and its position is good
The walls of the rooms are not thick enough, you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to yours. Wifi does not work in room and doesn't work well in the reception.
Friendly and helpful stuff, nice location - 3 min walk to metro and 10 min to Sagrada Familia. According to the rools the check in is in 15.00, but we've been given our room key earlier. Clean rooms, serviced almost everyday. lot's of places to have a drink or to eat nearby.
Small rooms, but compared to the price they are OK. Small bathroom. Can be very noisy (in the mornings there's noise from machines cleaning streets, at nights - from people shouting in the streets and from bars and cafes nearby), poor noise absorbing walls.
The room was small, dirty and cold. Everything was terrible. Worst hotel that I ever seen
Very good quality of the room. Very safe, 500m to the metro. When I met some problems, they are very kind to help, making me feel like home. I would go there again next time in Barcelona.
Location was good, plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarket nearby Quiet in the evening as out of the main part of town
Rooms were basic and noisy in the morning as the whole building echoes!
fair value. Just a bit better than an avarage hostel (private room).
- staff speaks spanish only. - bed is not comfortable - Noisy in the morning
It is clean in the room, quiet neiboorhood, not far from Sagrada Familia
The walls are not soundproof.
In the reception, there was one man who spoke English. He was adorable, he gave us a map and explain where to go and what to do. Stuff was friendly, except in the breakfast-room There is a machine, where you can buy snacks. Metro/tube/subway was about 500 meters from the hotel. If you need just a place/hotel where to sleep, this is the place to be.
Breakfast; they did scrambled eggs in a microwave oven in front of customers. Stuff was unfriendly. Bread was mouldy (!!!!) Room was ugly. If you are planning a romantic trip, don't go here.
We were on an overnight stay in BCN with friend, booked two twin rooms. They were clean, fairly equipped, definitely recommended! It`s a two star hotel, but you can expect a little bit higher level of service and quality.
Good breakfast, very nice staff, good location, clean room, luggage depozit for only 2 euro.
The location is actually very good, the neighboorhood is quiet, metro is nearby, grocery stores are close to the hotel. Extremely clean: room was being thouroughly cleaned each day. New towels each day. Breakfast is not much, but the essentials are there and the plates are being renewed even well after the closing hour. The entire staff is very polite, friendly and willing to help.
Walls are not sound proof. You can hear people talking in the other rooms.
Good location, clean
The rooms and bathrooms are very small and simple. But the main issue was that the staff did not have our reservation when we arrived around midnight from Valencia. We had to wait in the lobby for over an hour with our toddler son while they figured out whether they could accommodate us. It was very unpleasant and disruptive, given that we had an early morning of touring planned.
