All fine :) Confortable room and quiet spa.

Very modern, clean hotel, it is all it seems to be on the pics or the internet. Amazing view from the Glass elevator! Fun 3rd floor pool and spa and sauna and terrase. Paseo in front of the hotel, cheap eats and buys close by, Close to the touristic area of Albaycin, Alhambra, by taxis only 6 euros if your feet are tired!

like the area and the buzz of a busy city but felt safe and people were helpfull and friendly,very clean.

quite a few homeless people could do more may be to help them .

Almost no service.I Called front desk for glass and there is no reply until next day.

Walking distance to train station, good for catching early morning train. Supermarket just across the street. 15 mins to city center / Cathedral where bus to Alhambra.

Need to get wifi password everyday and need login again after timeout.

This is a nice hotel, and its location is great. It is 15 minutes walk from the center of Granada, and a few minutes walk to many bus stops.

The room we had was interior, and a bit claustrophobic. I had the feeling many rooms are interior, the place is a bit dark altogether.

Close to train station. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Taxi from hotel to Alhambra cost only 8 euros.

Food offered at Cafe during dinner was expensive and basic and did not taste good.

Modern Hotel convenient to railway station.

No sheets on beds - only duvets which are too hot to sleep under.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location and facility were perfect.

The hotel is very close to Gran Via and other attractions.

The car parking is small and parking spaces are very narrow. Also the parking price is high. You can park your car with no fee on the road next to the hotel where there are white lines.

Few persons working in hotel, i wait 15m in the restaurant and no one show, eventually i give up and leave.

When I booked the hotel I send also a message for them with what I wanted and I didn't receive any response and my requirements were not met.

Excellent value for money. Perfect location to visit Alhambara and all the nearby places. Pros - wifi in the room, close proximity to train and bus stations, jacuzzi, massage and work out rooms.

Everything was ok except the people at the reception who weren't friendly.

Rooms were nice and clean. Very nice facilities.

It is about a 20 minute walk to downtown. The staff are not the friendliest like many of the smaller hotels. They are not rude either.

The Abba Granada did not disappoint, it was exactly as the online booking stated. The beautiful entry to the gorgeous rooms. The comfiest beds and the cleanest hotel we stayed in over our entire 6 month holiday.

One disappointment we were woken at 7.30am (after traveling the last 20 hours) from the noise of the treadmill as a guest decided to run a few km. It was like a beating from a drum and again at 10.45pm. As it clearly states the gym’s hours are 10am to 10pm it needs to be managed with more control. So make sure your room is not directly under the gym.

air-condition doesn't work ... it's always hot and we have to open windows to get cool all night. the room is small.

The room was comfortable and clean, well maintained and overall very nice. The location of the hotel is also very central and so it was great being so close to the city centre.

The staff at reception as a whole were extremely rude. We were appalled at how curt they were when we were dealing with them and how they rushed through everything while looking irritated and/or bored. One staff member in particular was beyond rude when we asked her if she had any information on buses going from Granada to Malaga Airport. She said something along the lines of 'Eh I don't know - check the computer'. To be honest, this tainted our stay in the hotel and means I certainly wouldn't be recommending it to anyone in future.

Very modern, updated big room. Only room in 3 weeks of travel in europ that had room for a table and chairs to eat at. reat location on main road and close to train station. Very quiet
