Comfortable and good location
Staff very nice. Room very nice except for aircondition. Quiet.
Aircondition not good enough on the sunside of the building. Pool very small. Breakfast: though there is a quite big selection, it is almost impossible to find anything healthy.
Location, staff attitude,
Lift which is very small in capacity
Within walking distance to the centre and attractions
Faulty sink in room not draining, parking in surrounding area.
Good location, near train station.
Very slow Wifi speed, limited space
everything apart from swimming pool
swimming pool too small to be of any use
In short everything. No complaints what so ever. Would most definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel, close to town centre, about 15-20 min walking and 5 min with the bus.
nothing really, it just wasn't as overwhelming as we had hoped :)
The gym but very small pool
Very dark room and corridors
What a lovely hotel and the reception staff were the best I have ever come across, well done. The comfort of the suite was quite superb and the six foot bed was bliss. Breakfast was very good with a great choice including almost a full English. Would definitely stay here every time we visit Granada.
location is abit off
Price and location
We liked almost everything. Very comfortable. Staff friendly. Nice location too--very nice! No problems at all. We enjoyed our stay.
The WiFi is slow unless you pay extra. In other words, your travel photo uploads won't really go far fast--UNLESS you pay 9 Euros more for a fast WiFi connection. Then you can upload all the pictures you want. I realize it's hard for hotels to manage WiFi...but it's become essential now for tourists to have a good, fast connection.
good location, central, all facilities next to the hotel (supermarket, hairdresser, railway station, café...). parking expensive (regular 21€, we had a discount and paid 15€ which is still expensive...) good soundproof to the other rooms. WiFi good. pool and spa ok, floor outside should be replaced.
noisy to the corridor, entrance door lets pass lot of noise - especially if next to the elevator. gym equipment quite poor, could be better.
Nice clean room, close to train station with good bus connection to historic centre.
Some things in the room needed some maintenance (sink, shower, AC control). Nothing major, but small annoyances.
- very friendly staff - great value for money - very clean and modern rooms
Great location for train ... taxis relatively cheap to get you to the more intetesting parts of town
Very close to the railway station. I could already check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning.
The top-attractions of Granada are maybe a bit far but there are a lot of busses and taxis are also pretty cheap.
Position to the centre and secure parking although expensive .
Arrived at the same time as a tour and breakfast was hit and miss regarding how much food was left. Room was basic and a smell in bathroom .
Location wss very convenient to the train station which suited us well, but it was a bit of a hike from the historic centre, which we didn't mind as we like to walk. The room was comfortable and the breakfastvwas satisfactory.
We chose this hotel partly because of the availability of the pool which we expected to enjoy after a hot day walking. However, the pool was less than a meter deep, round, above ground. Only suitable for children, really. Rather disappointing.
Easy to find by car. Reception staff friendly and spoke English.
Was a long walk to the historic part of Granada. Pool was small
No openable bedroom window. Noisy air conditioning so when off, and with sealed window, very stuffy at night.
Step out of the Hotel, which is quiet and just beautiful, into a busy, hot, colourful City to see all the attractions, brilliant.
The hotel was very close to the train station and a short bus ride away from the town centre. There was a grocery store just across the street. The staff were very helpful showing us how to get to the attractions etc. We arrived quite early in the day but they were able to let us check into our room right away which we really appreciated. The room was clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi worked great.
Nothing. It had everything we needed.
Location was convenient
