Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

Difficult to locate despite being close to main road.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, Wifi in the whole hotel and Coffee and Water for free - BUT before all we did love our Junior suite room which was in the old palast - what a great mix between modern and historical ! we had a nice room with a huge balcony and even 2 televisions :-)... the bed was huge and very confortable. Do not get shoked when arriving as the fist impression is strange - because there still is a construction area in front of the hotel - but the good news is you can park your car for free. tapas and city was a 5 min walk

The breakfast was nothing special (eggs and water were cold) and you get better value when you go to one of the typical cafe places arround.

View from room was of city ruins and not the historical type. Also it was very easy to miss the location....very poorly marked. They need a big modern sign at the front to show who they are. A better parking lot is required as well.

Very hard to find if driving; location in busy area, hemmed in by surrounding featureless and run-down streets; terraces have an unpleasant outlook. Moorish design with 'beauty on the inside', certainly not on the out.

Loved Sylvia at the front desk - she was super-friendly and extremely helpful in recommending restaurants/bars - all of which were spot-on. A tip for anyone staying at the Abba Sanlucar - there is a big barn of a bar next door - visit it - there was a lovely young girl behind the bar who spoke some English and an older barman who didn't but we ended up visiting every night for our nightcap - they roast their own almonds and the bar tab was ridiculously cheap. Charming place, we loved it.

The room was a little small but wasn't really a problem - very well designed.

The hotel itself was clean. The room (Junior Suite) was nice. The breakfast was ok. The location is good and quite close to the city center.

The front of the hotel (parking) is very dusty, which was quite annoying with the wind blowing. The hotel itself is a mix of old building with modern design elements, which are sometimes quite strange and don't match with the general appearance. Internet was free only in the entrance hall. Internet in rooms or in the lobby has to be paid. The small street on the side was quite noisy.

New, fresh but still keeping its history, staff amazing, helpful, polite, nothing was too much trouble, very happy with our stay. Will recommend Abba Hotels.

Weather was great every day so our opinion is based on a sunny holiday. Don't change anything unless you can make the pool bigger!!

Good location, nicely between the old town and the beaches. However, given the heavy rain, it appears that the surroundings of the hotel (still under construction, probably for the next 2-3 years) has some deficits (no concrete access, you have to walk over open land).

The reception was excellent. They spoke very good English and explained everything . We were upgraded to the junior seat and it was one of nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We slept so well we missed breakfast!

Don't be put off by the exterior.

extra cost for wifi usage in the rooms is just ridiculous! The internet connection in the hotel lobby reached its limits with two iPads connected. It's sad that a business hotel needs to make money with Wifi codes.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Personal muy amable.

No es acceptable ni agradable tener una puerta de WC en la habitación, que està abierta por las partes laterales. Huele mal y mi novia nunca se sentía commoda usandolo.

El personal fue muy amable y nos ha dado buenos consejos etc. Me ha gustado la decoración del hotel y especialmente su situación muy cerca del centro de Sanlucar.

No había buena selección de cocteles, ni comidas.

albergo molto pulito, staff gentilissimi, la colazione era alle ore otto ,per partenza presto alla mattina hanno preparato la colazione alle sei, tranquillo.
