We really enjoyed the stay in a hotel. The location is convenient (near the train station, near the cafes and bars on embankment ), hotel design is modern, rooms are clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain on.We just decided that the price for breakfast is a bit too high. So, we were happy to attend to the nearest bar and enjoyed local food on our way to the beaches. |

We were able to check in earlier than most other hotels ie at 12. noon.we arrived earlier at 10.30 and a room was given to us straight away as it was empty.This was very helpful after night travelling. No air conditioning in the rooms. seemed more geared to buisnessmen.I was travelling as single female with my daughter and it didn´t seem that family orientated, bar area very small.Female staff however, very helpful.Shower cubicle leaked water onto floor as shower divider was not long enough to stop water leaking out. |

Su situación muy céntrica.Personal muy correcto y profesional.Antiguo hotel remodelado.Se aparca facil el las calles próximas. Desayuno-buffet escaso para el precio (no recomendable, hay muchos sitios al lado para desayunar).Habitación y baño muy pequeños (para una noche vale, pero para mas días, es incómoda). |

Sobre todo la localización del hotel. Esta muy cerca del centro de santander y se puede caminar tranquilamente casi a cualquier parte. Nos dieron una habitación bastante grande y con buena vista. El baño estaba bastante bien, aunque con la mapara de la ducha demasiado pequeña, lo cual hacía que derramaras todo el agua fuera. En general es un buen hotel Mampara del baño. El parking del hotel son 5 plazas que tienen reservadas en la puerta del mismo. Si no encuentras sitio ahí, te mandan a un parking público cercano en el que te hacen el 25% dto. Esto no me gustó demasiado |
