The hotel doesn't have any particular flaw even though we had some issues with the shower.

The quality of sleep wasn't good because of pillows.

Great food and great big room! Very good breakfast! Great location in town!

Very good beds and comfort. A no nonsense 4-star hotel with a reasonable situation for visiting Valencia. Would go there again.

Hotel staff, do not really seem to be interested. Poor English. Internet was only web based. No info given Had to find out myself no help from reception Called the provider myself For business bad and poor internet Sauna not started when requested. Seen a lack of interest

The location was ideal as it was near the start line for the Valencia Marathon. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Very good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel isn't in a great area. Not many bars and restaurants close by. I wouldn't stay here if you want to be close to the main sights and attractions (except city of arts and sciences) The breakfast was awful. Very little selection of food available, although I can understand this due to the amount of people running the marathon. No free coffee. Why not ?

Nice facilities

"free" wifi was very slow and did not work with gmail, ever. And requires hard to type password and username for each device and which expire each day. Location didn't seem to be near any nice restaurants or shopping. Kinda sketchy actually.

The Hotel didn't have slippers for bath. The refrigerator was not cold enough. The hotel hadn't parking.

The personnel at the front desk tried to make a good appearance. The welcome drink at the front desk is very appreciated. Easy to reach the beach and city by bus (4 - city and 2 - beach). Biopark was easy to reach by mentro (make sure you choose the right metro). Personnel spoke well English.

- wifi login: complex login/ pasw and you have to log in daily. This is a very unfriendly procedure. - On the first day we welcoming letter from the marketing manager was a good initiative. But upon his invitiation to write him about further requests to make the stay better, I did send him notes. There was no reply / action on my email to him after 4 nights staying there. It turns a good initiative into a disappointing one. - Extremely busy elevators. We had the bad luck of having a room just next to the elevator. Every morning we woke up at 7 already.

Spacious bedroom with a comfy bed. The room was bright and airy. The bathroom was fab. It is very well located for the City arts/science etc. they are just a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The area around the hotel is very quite and residential. We did not eat in the hotel, but in a few different places near it, all were good and reasonable (nicer and better towards the City of arts and science). We took a bus from outside the hotel (no. 4) to the old city which is beautiful. The bus was easy and cheap to use. After a 5:30am wakeup call our taxi was prebooked by reception and cost €22 to the airport. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Internet Wifi Access in room is not free, and costs approximately 15 Euros. Free Wifi in public areas of the Hotel is not reliable and barely works.

Location for us was quite good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Many spoke good English.

The a/c did not work. I reported the issue and it was supposedly corrected. It was too hot in the room. The internet access was lousy. Access for only one hour then another coupon required. Seriously? Give me a break. They already require a code for access. Change the code daily if you have to.
