Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was reasonably priced and good value for money.

What they are calling a turkish bath is actually a stream room - but that really is a very minor point.

Excellent location; easy to get to the beach and shopping areas. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The room was high quality and very clean, and the bathroom was excellent and well provided. The hotel was quiet, both during the day and at night, which suited me. Pleasant place to unwind.

Close to the center. The breakfast was very good with a big variety of food. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. All in all a very good hotel.

Fabulous hotel, we wanted somewhere stylish and well located and the Abba Centrum certainly delivered. Great location, friendly staff and great value. We made use of the turkish bath and sauna during our stay which was great after a hard days sight seeing. A great value and excellent place to stay if your in Alicante.

We were given a room on the 8th floor with a great terrace where we were having meals done by us. There is a tesco like shop in front of the hotel. It s a walking distance to the centre of Alicante.

Very expensive breakfast. We decided not to have it. Lack of free wi fi in rooms. Lack of free parking-13.50 Per day.

Very swish lounge area and extremely helpful staff. The room was functional but the lack of shelving was disappointing. Bathroom was excellent with a very good shower and the air con was a Godsend.

If you want the shopping then the hotel is ideally situated but if your preference is for the old town or the beach then you are a good 15 minute walk away.

Lovely room very clean spacious & modern with working air con, supermarket right accross the street. We would return to the abba.

No english TV stations apart from BBC news, breakfast was expencive at 13.00 euro each (no hot food), we opted for a nearby resturant 2.50 each.

Great location, extremely clean, comfortable, modern with friendly staff. Good parking facilities, no complaints just one suggestion - free wifi in rooms would be nice. This was our second stay at the hotel and we will be back again soon.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though it's said free Wi-Fi access on the halls of the hotel, you needed to ask for an user name and password and were limited to only 60mins usage.

Very nice room, very clean, no complaints, free access to sauna and arabic bath (did not use but suppose it would have been nice if I had had the time); supermarket is right across the street

No computer available to use internet in the hotel, according to staff this was broken and just being fixed; location is good if you want to travel by bus as it is right next to the bus station but the centre and the beach are a bit away (still walking distance though)

Spacious room, extra big bed, nice furniture, good location, there are shops, bars and restaurants in the area and it is not too far from the city centre
