Restored in 2007. The hotel stands in the heart of the city's shopping and entertainment centre, close to the railway station, bus station and department stores. A few metres away from the famous Explanada (a marvellous palm-tree bordered promenade along the seafront), sport port and beach-coast area. Excellent access to the fairground, airport, Ciudad de la Luz and the motorways of Alicante.

The hotel is a 3 stars but it looks like a 5 stars! The best Hotel I
have seen around Alicante. Beautiful and big rooms, air condition,
perfectly clean, big double bed, comfortable mattress and pillows. 10
mins walking from the famous beach of Alicante. Just in front of the
hotel a big supermarket open all day for a snack in room after a hot day
on the beach ;-) The best holiday I've been so far!

No restaurant, breakfast was disapointing and slightly overpriced
beverage service was slow.Location was a little to far from the main
tourist area (to walk) but ideal for business and commercial areas

Very nice clean hotel, friendly staff, bilingual. Parking is affordable in the hotel parking.

The room smelled like smoke, but then I realized the smoke comes in through the vents of the air condiner from other rooms. I got a sore throat from inhaling it while sleeping.

The staff were most helpful and pleasant. Good english when I hadn't a word of spanish. An excellent hotel of 4**** quality.

The dining room had a very limited service closing at week-ends. Breakfast became monotonous on a 14 day stay, limited variety of fruit and meats. Tea/Coffee supplied in cups per person. Better if making facility was available.

This was a beautiful hotel and is well worth the money. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and is directly across the road from a Supermarket that sells all the necessities.We did not use the food or beverage facilities in the hotel however. The gym is relatively small, but well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the sound proofing excellent. Breakfast
delicious and a bit different. There was a bit of a walk to the beach,
but it did not matter to us. The price compared to hotel quality was
excellent, would almost deserve a 4 star rating.

Staff was overall good, one lady gave us great restaurant tips. But when
I wanted to print out our boarding passes and my hotmail account was not
working on their computer, the staff were unfriendly, saying that it is
not their computers fault but my hotmail account. They gave me addresses
for internet cafes, both closed! I found one myself and hotmail worked
fine.. Not wise to blame the customer.

The comfort, cleanliness and location were perfect. The hotel is in front of one supermarket and although has a bus station close there’s no noise. If you want to go to nice beaches you can take a bus or tram few blocks far from the reception. Its close to “las ramblas” where you find restaurants and the port. The hotel staff was really helpful.

Very friendly staff. There was air conditioning in rooms and public areas, which was essential as the weather was very warm.
