The friendly and helpful staff. The clean rooms.

The breakfast was far too expensive! 16 euros each. We had an evening meal (four people) that cost 92 euro! There was hardly any choice. Three small scoops of just ice-cream cost 4.50 euro. We were very disappointed. The trouble is there are not many eating places close by so we will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Eating at Abba is a complete rip off!

The evening of the Barcelona v Chelsea game the bar shut early. From 23.40hrs to 24.15 hrs approximately 30 people enquired at the desk asking for a drink at the bar - they were disgusted that the bar was shut and disgusted with the bar staff who did not want to anyway meet their client's requests and they were annoyed that the desk staff did not want to intervene (lots of shrugging of shoulders). A total lack of professionality and hospitality. A disgrace.

Brilliant staff and an excellent location for the Nou Camp.

Situated at the top of a hill which may be unsuitable for some visitors. Also, not that close to sightseeing points of Barcelona however very easy to get to using public transport if your prepared to do it.

The people who work in the hotel are very professional. They are happy to try and speak English. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom accesories very good. A very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed twice now, a number of days at the start of our cruise and upon return, but booked indepentently of the cruise because of the price and features (pool so refreshing) and to some degree location. The longer stay over several days we had a room that looked back over Barcelona to the water as the hotel is on a hill (priceless) not so lucky on the shorter stay - but understandable. Overall a very enjoyable stay, we received a complimentary drink each from the bar on arrival for both bookings and the hotel at the time also provided complimentary wifi in the lounge, great for travellers wishing to make contact back home with friends and family.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area out of the city, making it quiet and restful. Many of the rooms offer an oustanding view over Barcelona and the spacious and quiet pool and associated rest area complement the peaceful location.

TThe beds were large but a little on the hard side.

Ideal location for anyone attending the Nou Camp, 20 minutes walk door to door.

Only stayed one night, it was a bed for the night after the championsleague quarter final match so for our needs it was ideal.

la chambre était très bien, le personnel compétent, le petit déjeuné était très correct, le jardin ainsi que la piscine sont très agréable " a regarder" pour le mois de mars".

la femme de ménage est rentrer dans la chambre a neuf heure apres avoir frapper une seule fois. bien trop tôt.

La cercania con el sitio al que voy

Hotel vetusto, con istalaciones y mobiliario anticuado. No es un 4 estrellas, creo que se definiría mejor como 3 . el personal es atentísimo.
