The hotel had large rooms and good facilities

WI-FI is very iffy

Very clean comfortable hotel with excellent staff. Stayed for 2 nights in a triple room with 2 twelve year old boys. We were attending a Real Madrid match which is only 15/20 mins away on the Metro. City centre and airport also very accessible on Metro - Metro stop is beside the Hotel which makes travel easy.

Restaurant is good for breakfast but lunch/dinner menu very limited.

Unable to adjust the air conditioning to cool the room off.

The location was excellent - it was literally 50 m from the metro station Cartegena, and from there it is only a short ride to the centre (about 30 minutes). The room itself is what I expected, bed was comfortable and noise minimum. Overall I would definitely stay there again if I were to visit Madrid again.

The pool was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.. it needs to be updated and modernised.

The staff spoke English, a great plus for that, the room is clean and very nice, the bathroom is very good too. Located outside of the city center but the metro station is in front of the hotel , that's make it very easy to get anywhere

The bed was hard for a 4 stars hotel that have many advantages like this, if they replace that, it will be a perfect hotel

Plates at breakfast buffet should be kept warm for the hot food section - food went cold very quickly on them. Although breakfast had a great selection if paying normal price I would consider it expensive

Good hotel and services reasonable to good...Ask personnel at main desk to smile now and then..please!

The mattrasses on the beds (4th floor)...too hard and uncomfortable...a week later we still feel our backs hurting! We left a filled out list of similar questions as this email and noted the mattrass compliants.

Everything was perfect. Room size (triple) was very big and did my stay in the hotel very easy.

Nothing, I liked everything.

Internet ticket had to be renewed regularly, while we stayed for 3 nights. Restaurante RIAS BAJAS recommended by Juan Angel was bad, we were alone(no guests), food quality poor and very expensive!

It is very nice hotel, with everything available for the clients.

The heater in my room (n.309) was doing a strange noise.

The staff, always efficient and helpful. Free, although slow, wifi in bedrooms.

Room very large and comfortable. Top of cleanness. Very good position: at 20 minutes from airport (bus 200), metro stop Cartagena (line 7) is at 20 m, metro stop Avenida de América (lines 4,6,7,9) is at 150 m. Bus 200 stop from Barajas airport is in front of the hotel.

Very good value for money.

A bit far out from the centre of Madrid but this suited us.
