Modern clean rooms

The Hotel was in the suburbs of the very vibrant city of Pamplona. It was a short bus ride into the centre of town, walkable if you are reasonably fit (about 30 minutes walk).

We didn't eat at the Hotel as it was quite expensive and even the breakfast was extra. The Hotel rooms were a bit bland and could have been anywhere in the world. We parked our bikes on the pavement but even the underground car park was expensive.

Located between small Japanese-style park and a long raw of cafes and bars of really every kind, this hotel is good for staying in Pamplona and discovering the old city (which is 15-20 minutes away by feet).

Goed hotel in rustige omgeving tegenover een park....genoeg parkingmogelijkheden...naar de (supermooie) STAD..ongeveer 15 min lopen....Verder niks op aan te merken...

Quiet and comfortable. Easy to park your car just in front of the hotel.

It is not very much close to the city center.

Close enough to walk to San Fermin yet far enough away as to not be bothered by the loud crowds. They have the best staff of any hotel that we stayed in while touring Spain.

The elevators were a bit small, but that is our only complaint.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood across from a pleasant park, close to public transportation and a reasonable, pleasant walk to the city center. Very clean rooms and spacious by European standards. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for three nights during the festival in July. 25 to 30 minute walk into town, so far enough out there is less noise. Decent breakfast.

Wifi was horrible and only one code per room. Shades were almost see through so room was never dark.

Good location a 10 minute walk to the old city part of Pamplona. We went to the San Fermines Holiday. Front desk staff very friendly, and the food at the restaurant was good. Good price compared to other hotels during the Holiday of Runing of the Bulls in Pamplona.

Very smart hotel, very comfortable. Some noise from other travellers but did not go on late at night. Quite a walk into pamplona and we caught a taxi back, 7 euros so not bad. I would stay again and good secure underground parking for our motorcycle.

My only complaint is that reception staff give the impression they want to deal with you as quckly as possible, that you are a number not a person. Maybe it is the language barrier.

Complimentory facilities in the room: shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste. Most 3* hotels would charge extra for that. Nice buffet breakfast. Helpfull staff

Relacion calidad precio. Las atrenciones del personal. Facilidad de entrada y salida. Me guardaron las maletas. Limpio. Nuevo. Agradable diseño. Excelente ubicacion

Internet. No me fue posible conectarme a mi servidor de empresa. Recibia mensajes de que la conexion tenia limitaciones.

El hotel es muy cómodo y está muy bien situado.

Que en el restaurante sirvan los platos calientes en vajilla que quema. A pesar de que te avisan que está muy caliente, causa mal efecto que el camarero venga con paños sujetando el plato y no es cómodo comer en un plato tan caliente. Es fácil que lo toques sin querer y te hagas una pequeña quemadura (yo tengo una)

La atención del personal y la amabilidad del trato, algo diferencial respecto a otros hoteles

La ubicación es perfecta y las habitaciones son amplias y muy soleadas.

La conexión wifi es deplorable. Si estas en viaje de negocios y necesitas utilizar internet para trabajar es muy lenta y no va nada bién.

su ubicación es muy buena para visitar la ciudad , puedes ir a pie (unos 15 min al centro) o en bus el nº 4 y el 15 y excelente para salir hacer excursiones las habitaciones son amplias la cama de matrimonio es grande y cómoda la iluminación de la habitación y el baño es buena el kit de baño es completo y el secador potente

aunque hay suelo de parket deberían pasar más la aspiradora tanto en la habitación como en el baño, y vaciar las papeleras de baño
