I believe this hotel is over priced. My friends stayed at hotels in the same vicinty for less cost which include breakfast and of simailar standard for much less.

Great location. the Metro is outside the front enterance and a main rail station 5 minutes walk away

Air Con did not work anywhere, Not what you would expect from this class of hotel

Clean, smart and comfortable. Excellen location. Perfect for a business trip incorporating a visit to the exhibition centre in Barcelona

Staff was nice and helpful. The room was very good. It had a big window, comfortable double bed, mini bar, big and accessorized bathroom and even a little hallway between the bedroom and hotel’s hallway. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Metro was 100 meters from the hotel. Summary – good value for money (we payed 324 euros for 4 nights)

Internet wasn’t free in the rooms, so we used the internet in public places (lobby) and it was very slow.

Great location. The metro exit is next to the hotel door ! Comfortable room that is large enough and semi-modern style. The lobby wi-fi internet was for free for 45 minutes a day and it was working. The surrounding had a tapa restaurant and a night shop. Central Train Station is a few minutes walk away. Its arround 30€ by taxi to the airport. You can also take the train to airport from the station. We didn't try the restaurant but it seemed decent.

The only thing that was disapointing about the room was the temperature. It was extremely hot although outside temperature was 10 degrees celcius. And it was unconfortable even for us who live in a city where the temperature is 40 celcius degrees in the summer. The only thing that the receptionist could offer as a solution was to open the windows. We tried that, however the noise coming from the other open room windows made it impossible to sleep. (Appearantly they had the same problem of temperature). So if you are a cold climate person this room can be a torture for you.

Its a good hotel near metro and main train station. It has good facilities and the rooms are very comfortable. It has an excellent breakfast that satisfies anyone's taste .lt has a restaurant but I never used it as there are many eating places for lunch and tea. Being close to the metro makes it easy to get around.

You can't really walk to center of Barcelona.

The location is great. It is near the Sants station both of subway and train. Emloyees are very kind.

The light of bathroon is not making. When I told the desk but they didnt fix. It"s a little unconwenient.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We arrived a bit early and were checked into a very nice, clean and comfortable room. It was a corner room, with a balcony and wonderful city view near the train station. It was a quiet room with wonderful amenities. Although, we didn't at first know how to turn the lights on, using the hotel key, we were glad that the hotel was doing its best to limit useless electricity. Our luggage got lost from the airlines. The staff was very helpful in recommending nearby stores to buy additional clothes and assist us in the event that the luggage arrived after we left. The breakfast was a welcomed surprise. Very elegant. It was far more than we had anticipated. Yes, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel.

A good 4 star hotel, with the best staff I encounterd in Spain
