Staff were friendly and good location for the metro

It was quite noisy and the room was claustrophobic..the window looked out on 3 walls and I could not even see the sky!!

The location to the metro, very easy to get anywhere in Madrid. We wanted to stay in the Salamanca neighborhood so it worked well for us.

No, it met my expectations - it was a standard European 4 star hotel

Zenit Abeba is a wonderful place to stay and a real find. I was in Madrid because of a family emergency and the staff could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean and very well situated in a lovely, safe residential section of Madrid, close to shops, places to eat and the metro. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Madrid.

Friendly and helpful staff.

As with almost all continental European hotels, no facilities for tea and coffee-making in room.

It was very clean and the hotel staff was nice

We had checked out and were waiting in the lobby. I asked to use the internet and I had to pay for it!!!! Not what I was expecting considering the rate for this 4 star hotel we paid for. You would at least think they would allow to still use the internet while your on the property!!

Silence; even if it was across New Year's Eve, it was extremely quiet during our staying! It is well served with metro and it is 10 minutes far from the centre by metro
