Excellent very helpful staff. Clean and great value for money.
Breakfast was not great.
Nothing not to like in view of the price.
Fire alarm went off in the early hours of the morning. Wifi could only be accessed in the lobby and not in the rooms.
The hotel had a power trip, so we were bumped up to a 4-star hotel right next to the train station. BEST service ever!
Renting a tv remote control for 10 euros... that's a first! Yep they give it to you back (the 10 Euros) but still. Staff was good but you could tell the management is quite poor.
nothing at all
where do I start, the foyer, the only place to get wifi???? the foyer 10 seats, I saw around 60 japonese and americans all sitting on the floor, the rooms deco was very good if you where living in the 1970s, no coffee machine in foyer for guests, overall the place was a shambles, I won,t recommend it, or go back..
Large enough room, modern furniture.
Hotel doesn't have much charm. First reception manager gave us poor advice on parking facilities, bus connections and possibilities of obtaining last minute Alhambra tickets. His colleague was much more accurate, but at that time, we figured it out for ourselves already. And for those who want to know: even when online tickets are sold out, it is still possible to buy Alhambra tickets on the day of your visit, but you have to get in line at the Alhambra ticket office at least half an hour before it opens at 8 AM.
Cooked breakfast was always cold. Could have saved money as we ended up with 4 beds in one room and two in another, meaning that we could have all fitted in the one room but whilst booking on-line this option was not open to us. On the last night we had to complain twice to the front desk as there was a party of school children who seemed to be under supervised. At12pm the children above us where screaming out of the windows, moving furniture and running up and down the corridors. The cost for the use of the internet was excessive
It was close to the station and good value for money.
It was not in the tourist centre - about a 20minute walk away.
fruits served in the breakfast
no wifi/internet in the room, dirty, dark, old-fashioned
