Great location and hotel for the money! Reception was very welcoming and helpful... they even upgraded us to a suite with a very big terrace...after a bad experience returning from Morocco... great touch! Rooms are nice and modern and clean with all the amenities including slippers and a bathrobe. However, strangely the towels weren´t as clean as they should have been because there were like 3 towels with stains on them that maybe their detergent or bleach could´t get out?? Also a great touch was drinks in the minibar are on the house!! Great one night stay! Thank you AC Mariott! We´ll be back! Cleanliness of towels...:(

I had read the reviews which were very good, and although the location was further from Gibraltar where we wanted to spend the day, we were happy to return there after a long day. The Hotel is modern, very attractive. There were clean lines and there were quality fixtures in the bathroom and the double bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a tub/shower, and the tub was a good length! Just a word to the wise...taking a taxi from the train station, the locals call the hotel, ac, and our driver did not know it as The Algeciras Hotel.

Every thing in this hotel was perfect, but the the reception staff were fabulous specially the bald gentleman ( sorry I didn't pick his name may be Rosario). The hygienic atmosphere of the hotel the rooms preparations ( bed, pillows, bath towels ) fabolous

The room is very nice and clean, free minibar in the room, free bar in the lobby, free internet, nice location near the gibraltar rock. The staff was very helpful and recomended us a good tapas restaurant nearby. You can find free parking around the hotel. The breakfast was poor..

Excellent value and design. We appreciated the cleanliness. The front desk staff was quite negative and require additional training in customer service. They were quick to tell us what we could not do, without any inclination to help us find the goods and services we required. We had to depend on a taxi driver to act as our concierge while we were in Algeciras.

El Hotel nos atrajo por la página web por su ubicación, diseño y precio. No nos equivocamos. Acceder a el es muy fácil porque está en la entrada de Algeciras, justo al lado del puerto. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la nuestra con dos cuartos de baños(muy bonitos, con una linea de decoración muy modernos, en consonancia con el resto de la habitación, y muy mpios) una sala de estar con sofá mesa y la propia habitación en si. Dos televisores de pantalla plana y además unas vistas magníficas al puerto (lindamente iluminado por la noche) y al peñón de Gibraltar. La decoración es exquisita y la iluminación también. El minibar gratuito. Una estadía fenomenal a un precio fantástico (al menos cuando nosotros hemos estado en abril!)

La ubicación del hotel (a 5 minutos del puerto). El personal del hotel, la decoración y limpieza de las habitaciones (cuidando hasta el último detalle). Así como el desayuno (muy completo y variado). Excelente relación calidad precio. Recomendable al 100%
