Every thing in this hotel was perfect, but the the reception staff were fabulous specially the bald gentleman ( sorry I didn't pick his name may be Rosario). The hygienic atmosphere of the hotel the rooms preparations ( bed, pillows, bath towels ) fabolous

The room is very nice and clean, free minibar in the room, free bar in the lobby, free internet, nice location near the gibraltar rock. The staff was very helpful and recomended us a good tapas restaurant nearby. You can find free parking around the hotel. The breakfast was poor..

Excellent value and design. We appreciated the cleanliness. The front desk staff was quite negative and require additional training in customer service. They were quick to tell us what we could not do, without any inclination to help us find the goods and services we required. We had to depend on a taxi driver to act as our concierge while we were in Algeciras.

We visited Gibraltar but found the hotels there to be too expensive - and the hotels in nearby La Linea to be of poor quality. AC Algeciras is just 20 mins away on the other side of the bay (offering a different view of the Rock of Gibraltar). Easy to find, extremely comfortable, free Wifi in the lobby and everything in the minibar is free! Air or heat depending on the season - you may need to open a window. Located directly next to the shipping yard - bright lights and some noise, but an eye mask and ear plugs easily solve that problem.

Specious and clean room (I stayed in a superior room). Also free mini bar was convenient. Hotel's Restaurant meals were not good at all and they certainly can look into for an improvement. Also the Restaurant was too bright and lack of atomosphere.

Very Nice Hotel, the breakfast was great. Big Room, nice shower. I had some trouble with the car (it was parked at the wrong place)The manager (his name was mosius) has helped me very great!!! Next time I visited algericas, it will be ac hotel

This motel was very nice to stay in. Modern and comfortable beds. Breakfast was of the standard of most motels in Spain and dinner was a resonable cost and tasty. Staff spoke English enough to help us with our enquires. It was in a good location for those who wanted to use the ferries. We wanted to see Gilbralta and therefore we needed a car to travel. The parking outside the motel was ok for us as it was off season but i think it could be a problem during the busy season. They stated they had parking but it was not their car park and was a added cost. A map or the area would also be helpful. Overall though this motel was very good.
