Had a designer feel about the place. Nice rooms and bathroom with free soft drinks minibar. Odd though that everything was modern and state of the art except the TV (although that didn't affect our enjoyable stay in any way). Nice restaurants nearby. Secure, cool garage parking was invaluable for our motorbikes. Would certainly stay again.

The confort of AC rooms is amazing! Free mini-bar in the room is a plus for this hotel. The breakfast is good but it could have more variety of items.

Estamos comodos,el personal es atento y en los alrededores hay tiendas y restaurantes sin el agobio de zonas mas centricas. En los pasillos de los exteriores de las habitaciones suele oler mal.el desayuno es bastante caro.

El hotel me ha gustado, aunque durante mi estancia, habia varios grupos de jovenes que iban a un campeonato deportivo y durante las dos noches que estuve alli, me fue imposible conciliar el sueño, puesto que no pararon de correr, gritar y molestar por los pasillos del hotel, durante toda la noche.

Hotel com serviço excelente. A única nota menos boa foi o facto de se sentir no quarto um ligeiro odor a tabaco. Embora não conste das possibilidades de resposta no questionário a razão da escolha do hoel foi a visita à festa das flores de Campo Maior na vizinha vila portuguesa. Melhores cumprimentos.

Gostei muito do acolhimento, aparcamento, sossego e da simpatia de todos os outros hóspedes. Excelente serviço de frigobar, não só por ser grátis como também pela reposição correcta. óPtimo. Os kits de higiene dentária não foram tidos em conta para 2 pessoas, mas como levávamos, ficou tudo bem. Para chegar, foi dificil por falta de nº. De porta (problemas com gps). As coordenadas também devem ser corrigidas.

O quarto disponha de uma varanda, apesar da fraca vista interior. Pedimos um berço para um bébé e disponibilizaram uma cama de solteiro. No local alegaram que não tinham berços! Depois de explicarmos bem o que pretendiamos, deixaram a cama de solteiro no quarto e um berço. Ou seja não se podia andar no quarto. Os funcionários não primam pela simpatia, principalmente quando se refere a portugueses.

A relação qualidade/preço, o bar de quarto grátis, o sossego do local, a capacidade de "repor" situações menos claras. Sim. A informação no check-in de condições "supostamente" diferentes das constantes do booking. Deve ser clara (não omissa) a informação sobre a utilização de cama extra. ... deve ser claramente dito no booking se há pagamento suplementar em caso de utilização de cama extra, quanto e em que condições. (Situação que entendo deve ser rapidamente esclarecida no booking para não originar reclamações).

Gostámos muito do hotel e recomendamos vivamente. A relação qualidade/preço é boa. Não tomámos nenhuma refeição. Achámos a decoração do quarto muito sóbria, mas de excelente bom- gosto! Escolhemos o hotel em relação ao nosso objectivo - Festas do Povo em Campo Maior e foi atingido na totalidade. Não fomos ao centro da cidade. Não é propriamente uma queixa que pretendo fazer, só gostaria de apresentar a minha discordância relativamente ao facto de terem efectuado a cobrança com um mês de antecedência. Considero que o número do cartão de crédito deve ser uma garantia para o hotel em caso de não comparência para o alojamento ou qualquer dano que o cliente cause. Deve ser o cliente a pagar quando fizer o check-out.

Gostei de tudo,simpatia, comforto. Não posso dizer mais. Estive poucos dias, não comi no hotel e no meu caso especial quarto adaptado tenho algumas sugestões. Como disse para deficientes motores ou outros o quarto adaptado está bom é espaçoso mas a casa de banho é perigosa, não sou arquitecta mas fui decoradora de interiores e acho que para deficientes não deve haver portas de vidro, piso escorregadio e obstaculos no acesso ao duche, consegui resolver bem o problema porque o deficiente é uma criança , mais fácil de pegar ao colo mas quase ía escorregando, por outro lado as camas devem ser mais altas e com colchões mais duros.
