It was very convenient for the city and has available parking.

The price for wifi is ridiculous and incovenient to organise, Almost every comparable hotel of this quality offers free wifi these days and indeed most cheaper hotels. I had a coffee round the corner and got my wifi for free.For an international hotel the staff I met have weak language skils but are pleasant enough. Some better directions of how to drive to it would be helpful. The actual address given apppears not to be on any of the satnavs databases or google maps

The Hotel was extremely clean, spacious and to a high decorative standard, brekfast was good too, although I was on business, the location was perfect for people with time to look around the town, it is a few hundred meters away from the splendid Gothic Cathedral in Brugos.

Simply perfect - good location, convenient parking, all the comfort expected from a hotel of this category, new furniture, modern design, etc. Strongly recommneded for all types of travellers. No negative aspects.

Modern rooms, silent airco, very centrally located. Staff was very helpfull in selecting a room to our liking.

A bit dark and dull atmosphere. Not a nice bar area. We dropped a glass, and wrote a note to warn housekeeping, but they only took the big parts of glass away and left quite some small glass splinters on the floor.

Excellent location, clean, new, comfortable.

The location near the Cathedral and the centre of town is both a good point and a bad one. Good, because it is in the centre of town - bad because parking and car access is very difficult. Although they do have an underground car park, it has very tight corners for a large estate car requiring multiple reversing and adjusting the angle to get round some bends. It is an excellent hotel with lot's of thoughtful extras such as gowns for after a shower or bath, toiletries beyond the normal soap and comb and comfortable chairs in the room. We would certainly look at other hotels in the chain, as well as this one, when we're next back in Spain.

Lack of kitchen service at night. Because of the holiday period in Spain the kitchens were closed and only cold sandwiches were available. The hotel is in the centre of town so restaurants were available nearby, although some of them were also closed because of the holiday period.

Impresionante relación calidad / precio

Ojo con la última planta. Las máquinas de la calefacción / aire acondicionado hacen mucho ruido. Pedí que me cambiaran, cosa que hicieron sin problema

Su funcionalidad, la amabilidad del personal, su limpieza, casi siempre acierto cuando voy a un ac.

Su ubicación es escelente, la habitación muy confortable, su diseño moderno y acogedor y el cuarto de baño muy espacioso, moderno y muy cómodo. Unicamente hemos estado una noche pero recomendado para el cliente exigente .

En realidad me ha gustado todo excepto el garaje en el que me quedé atrapado y tuve que dar marcha atras lo que me ha costado un embrague nuevo porque me lo cargué. Sugiero que al ofertar el garaje informen al cliente que si no van con un utilitario que ni lo intenten.
