Good breakfasts. Free mini bar in the room is a pleasant extra. Staa (most of them) friendly and helpful but see below!

I don't like lifts! And use of the fire stairs was not encouraged. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was available one hour later than on weekdays - but the brochure in the room did not have this detail - so we were sent away by the person at breakfast - not a pleasant experience. Also there was an angry woman cleaning the stairs last Saturday. She refused to let me pass and was very rude. The clients' lounge is much too hot. The airconditioning was not on (though it was in the reception area).

The location for my visit was perfect. I had view on the valley from the room and the city which was great. Indoor parking. Room was good, bathroom was great.

The air condition/heating system was complicated. I can never get used to the Spanish system of heating via the air condition system, if its cold in a room its not a good idea to have warm air coming in at the level of the ceiling (you know hot air balloons ... ). Walls and window not well isolated. Yes, its hot in the summer but it can also get cold in the mountains ...

I liked checking out.

The miniature room had cheap furniture. The wood laminate floor is damaged and curling up. It irritated my feet, I had to wear shoes all of the time. There were several squashed dead bugs on the floor. The bedspread was in need of cleaning. The parking situation is ridiculous. The staff was downright hateful. There was nobody available to help with luggage. Most services advertised were not available at the time. I would never go back or reccomend this hotel. I felt cheated and couldn't wait to leave.

He estado estos reyes con mi marido y mi hijo en el hotel, concretamente en una habitación abuhardilla, en general todo muy bien, limpieza, la cámada muy cómoda, y la habitación no era excesivamente grande, pero amplia para colocar una cuna para nuestro bebe. Era la segunda vez que ibamos, y muy bien. Si no pasa nada repetiremos al año que viene

El desayuno un poco caro. No obstante hay un centro comercial y un bar-pastelería justo al lado, con lo que no hay ningún problema.

Que no tinga internet gratuït a l'habitació, televisor petit, sense escalfador d'aigua ni infusions (tot això, quan altres hotels de més barats sí que ho tenen).

Me gusta que el hotel mantenga la estructura del antiguo edificio, a la vez que una decoración moderna, es un contraste que resulta acogedor. Como pareja de novios recién casados, que es el motivo de nuestra estancia, han sido detallistas y amables, muy recomendable.

Accesibolidad. Trato. Ubicación. Fué sólo una noche y no puedo opinar mucho porque no hice usu nada más que de la habitación.
