Every member of the staff was first class, a credit to the hotel management. They could not have been more helpful if they tried. They complete the perfect trip

The rooms were nice and the facilities really good

Some of the staff were not very elegant (both in aspect and manners)for this level of hotel. They were doing some works at the first floor and going out of the elevator I ruined a pair of shoes.

Nice and cosy room, good breakfast

Hotel is located close to the metro station, and on the main avenue connecting the city-center with the business area.

The rooms are not equiped with: safe, iron or trouses press and bathrobe, the rooms are not sound protected and you can hear everything from your neighbours. Besides the hotel is located on a big avenue and you can always hear noise from the traffic. I was also missing a tea-pot to prepare a cup of tea. The breakfast is not really good and is not included in the room price.

Easy accessibility from airport and close to city centre/attractions (near Bernabeo stadion). Excellent service and swift reaction by staff (most of reception staff knew me by name after check-in), taxi/bus/metro at hand. Great and extensive breakfast buffet (inmediate replenishment by attentive staff). Good hotel bar and workplaces above bar with 2 laptops (free use): Excellent airco in room: flow across circulation space and not causing draft over bed. Warm water for bath is hot hot hot. I will recommend this hotel to anyone and I will return many times for sure.

Corridor is a little noisy (in fact people are the real problem when entering room in the late night or early morning !).

Good localization for bussiness. Easy access, private car parking. Confortable, perfect insonorization. Free mini-bar. Nice staff. Perfect if you are travelling in business or in tourism by Madrid. The breakfast is tipically spanish, wide variety of fresh food, juices and fruits.

ビジネス街だが、地下鉄で観光中心地に向かうのは非常に簡単。 近くの通りに中々のレストランの名店が揃う。ただしスペイン語が話せないと少々難あり。

Sou um cliente habitual do AC Cuzco. Como sempre o duche é horrivel,não tem caudal nem pressão e tem variações súbitas de temperatura. A qualidade do bath gel é muito má.

Practicamente todo ha estado peerfecto. Servicio atentísimo. Instalaciones perfectas.

Es un hotel en una magnifica situación de Madrid, que ha sido remodelado y con un magnifico ambiente y limpieza

Las almohadas son muy gordas, no pedí si tenian mas finas, pero las que había por defecto en la habitación eran muy gordas.

Me ha gustado mucho la tranquilidad que se respira. A pesar de que era la final de la copa del Rey, no se oían ruidos de la calle. El buffet para el desayuno muy completo y rico. :)

El horario de entrada, las 15h... Demasiado tarde.

Solicité una habitación de no fumadores, y me dieron una de fumadores que además olía muchísimo a tabaco. Cuando solicité el cambio, me dieron largas porque decían que Booking no había facilitado la información. Además, la recepcionista alegó que la culpa fue mía porque hice el check in antes de las 15:00 horas. Omitieron que me estaban dando una habitación de fumadores. De haberlo sabido, no me habría importado, dejar las maletas en consigna y esperar a que estuviera mi habitación. Mi hija quien hizo la reserva, llamó a Booking, quienes le confirmaron que habían facilitado el tipo de habitación no fumadores. Hablaron con el hotel, y me dieron otra habitación de no fumadores, con el trastorno que supone cambiar todas las cosas ya instaladas, pero no tenía nada que ver el olor de una y de otra. Estas cosas pasan, y los errores ocurren, pero esperé que dada la categoría del hotel tuvieran un detalle conmigo, el cuál nunca apareció. Hoteles bonitos, hay muchos, y más en Madrid, y con mejor atención. No pienso volver.

Buen desayuno, hotel práctico, y destaca la limpieza.

Deficiente insonorización de las ventanas. Temperatura en el hotel algo fría. Precios del bar son abusivos (descafeinado pequeño: 4,50 €)
