Service was superb, better than might expect. The hotel is very (!) clean. The location is near the bus and train station and the main street of Oviedo. Excellent value for money (!). Maya and Nir No vegetables on breakfast at all. We know it is a small thing but still...

Very modern hotel - nice touch having free mini bar in room. Difficult to find the entrance - could see the hotel but kept missing the signs to the car park area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well equipped and well designed; friendly efficient staff Restaurant service for a four star hotel was unacceptable. The restaurant was closed and the bar was unattended on the night we were there. To get a four star rating, surely both have to be open of an evening ?

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal. El gimnasio y el baño turco están bien dotados. Debería estar incluído en el precio del hotel el disponer de internet gratis en las habitaciones.

La ubicación es perfecta para negocios: al lado de la estación de tren y de autobuses, a un paso del centro. Es ideal para reuniones de trabajo. No entiendo cómo en un hotel de 5 estrellas enfocado principalmente a los negocios, no tienen wifi de libre acceso en las habitaciones.

Muy funcional El personal amable y eficiente pero muy escaso. La recepcionista nos inscribió. Subió las maletas y aparco el coche. Un cinco estrellas sin mozos. Sin porteros.

La tranquilidad ya que estaba prácticamente vacío. El servicio de cafetería es prácticamente inexistente, está cerrada, si bien si pides algo te lo preparan exprofeso. El precio del buffet de desayuno es exagerado en función de la oferta. El restaurante también está cerrado.

Lo escogi por estar al lado de la estación de renfe y tambien en el centro de Oviedo, ademas de celebrarse un "evento" en el que estqaba invitado. Me resultó muy cómodo y confortable. Bien
