The staff at your hotel was excellent! Each person I interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. All of the people at the front desk, the office manager, the night watchman, the cleaning personal, all them were great. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Your beds are a little uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a comfortable chair in the room. Sorry we are spoiled Americans! Be well!

We ( family of 5 ) liked very much luxury apartment where we lived : kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, 3 sleeping rooms. Outdoor pool and small one for children. We did not liked juice at breakfast.

Accueil tres chaleureux. Personnel tres gentil, tres souriant, à l'écoute des résidents, serviable. On reviendra et on en parle autour de nous car vraiment la gentillesse du gérant était au top!!!!

L' hôtel est très propre, la chambre bien agencée est spacieuse, l'espace forme est très agréable, le petit déjeuner est très copieux et servi dans une salle agréable. le personnel parle français, est très à l'écoute et disponible. l'hôtel est très bien situé en deuxième ligne avec accès très rapide sur la baie de LLORET. seul bémol : nous avions réservé une chambre avec un lit 2 places et nous avons eu des lits jumeaux...on a demandé à changer mais il n'y avait plus de disponibilités, les lits jumeaux étant beaucoup plus répandus pour recevoir des groupes..très nombreux visiblement dans cet hôtel..

Хороший отель. Замечательное соотношение цена-качество. Рядом с морем, в отдалении от шума дискотек. Но при этом пешком до них 5-10 минут. до моря 2 минуты. номера обычные три звезды. советую для семей с детьми, индивидуальных путешественников. сразу надо понимать, что это отель не 4 звезды, а 3 звезды. в остальном все ок)

Qualité de l'accueil. Prix de la nuitée. Proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Calme. Cet hôtel ne se situe pas dans un standard de quatre étoiles: réfrigérateur retiré de la chambre, téléviseur en panne, lits de petite taille, serviettes de toilette de mauvaise qualité, piètre qualité du buffet de petit déjeuner et du dîner, salle de bain très petite et robinetterie vétuste et en mauvais état, draps sentant le chlore et le renfermé, parking extérieur non gardé mais payant et cher (10€/nuit), personnel réduit au minimum.

Sehr nettes Personal, nah zum Strand und Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustüre Schade, dass man auch als Hotelbewohner den Parkplatz bezahlen muss. Wer sich das sparen möchte: eine Bucht weiterfahren zu Fenalsbeach, da kostet parken um diese Jahreszeit nichts. Dann wieder mit dem Bus L2 zurück nach LLoret, Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe vom Hotel

muy buen trato del personal,el spa esta muy bien,la relacion calidad precio esta genial,lo recomiendo 100% lo unico es que la habitacion esta un poco anticuada por tema cortinas,tv..y faltaria una nevera para poder tener alguna bebida en la habitracion

Super en plein hiver !!! Le spa est genial, on s'est relaxés et régalés. A côté de l'hôtel, il y a un super bar resto pas cher, trés lounge et vraiment excellent, le Carmen's Café. La chambre trés propre et personnel d'étage trés souriant et sympathique. Personnel de récecption qui fait la fete avec des amis au bar de l'hôtel, c'est moyen quand on est que 4 clients dans la salle...

L'accueil pour des francais , des explications tres claires sur le fonctionnement de l'hotel ; option parking, forfait spa , ... et sur les visites a faire . les chambres sont bien , sauf la literie qui grince et le matelas trop mout ! ascenseur , balcon , baignoire , seche cheveux , etc ...bien

Le spa formidable, propre, très agréable, très complet, ouvert tard (10h/22h). Le personnel d'une extrême gentillesse, très à l'écoute, très souriant, très disponible, très compréhensif, très professionnel, très discret, a tous les postes, bravo!! Mention speciale pour dani, réceptionniste entre autre, jeune homme très performant dans son rôle et d'une gentillesse permanente et bienveillante!! Calme, silence, et excellente literie. Proprete de l'ensemble de l'établissement. Enfants au spa, extrêmement bruyants (piscine) résonnant jusqu'au 3ème étage !!!!, alors que c'est un lieu de profonde détente, de silence apaisant, de repos... Buffet petit dejeuner horaire trop restrictif (10h max), il faudrait 11h, surtout le week end.... Choix vaste et varie mais qualite des produits à revoir, trop bas de gamme (ex: café machine execrable), viennoiserie sèche, pas de jus de fruits frais..., Pas de fruits frais hormis oranges inmangeables,etc...dommage! Frequentation de l'hotel nuit du 31 Décembre...incongrue pour un 4 étoiles!

Le personnel de la réception a été très aimable et très serviables ! On peut voir de l'humidité sur les murs des chambres et dans la salle à manger du petit déjeuné, par endroit il y a des grosses cloques dans le mur à cause de cette humidité.

Le calme de l’hôtel, de la ville en cette période ainsi que la propreté et le luxe pour un hôtel à ce prix !! Le temps était super on a pu profiter de la plage qui se trouve a 1minute a pied; les restaurants et fast food ne sont pas trop cher et surtout tout est à coté. Le petit déjeuner compris est juste incroyablement bon et complet surtout !!! Le spa est super propre; très moderne avec tout ce qu il faut c'est un endroit très relaxant ! Nous recommandons fortement cette hôtel. Le parking payant
