Location was great, and staff very attentive and warm. Room service was also very good and not as pricey as in other places. The fitness room could be a bit bigger! The pictures on the website are a little deceiving.

This is my first stayed in ac Hotel Aitana by Marriott, One of main reason I like ac Hotel because of only 5 min. By walk hotel to Bernabeu Stadium !!! after soccer match than back to Hotel feel safety and easily !! I just 2 questions about the hotel room, why don't have tissue box ? ( just a little pack ) & why don't have money safe lock box. For future go to Madrid again must stay in AC Hotel, It should be my second home.

El personal del hotel estupendo. Nos dieron una habitación estupenda con terraza. La habitación muy confortable. Estuvo todo perfecto. Volveríamos otra vez, y lo recomendamos.

Hotel muy agradable y tranquilo, fantasticamente situado, con habitaciones enormes para lo que hay hoy en dia y totalmente equipadas. Desayunos excelentes. Relacion calidad-precio de lo mejor de madrid. Parking minusculo con mas columnas que el partenon.

A mi y mi mujer nos ha encantado la ubicación del hotel en un barrio tranquilo y seguro. Asimismo el personal del Hotel fue muy atento para responder cada una de nuestras dudas. Para los deportistas el paseo de la castellana es un buen lugar para salir a trotar y/o caminar y el Bernabéu esta a dos cuadras y tiene afuera wifi gratis... Todo estuvo bien, salvo que el fin de semana no funciono el wifi en las habitaciones.

el trato del personal muy atento y agradable, fuimos para un fin de semana y nos dejaron tener el coche en el parking hasta que nos fuimos el domingo por la tarde, hotel tranquilo y limpio y muy bien lo del mini bar gratis que estaba bastante completo, recomendable.

メトロに近く国鉄の中央駅ChamartimとAtocha駅への便も良いです。飛行場も近いです。すぐ隣- にReal Madridのサッカー場がありますが治安は良さそうです。ホテル内も清潔感が有り、価格的にもとても魅力- 的です。チェックアウト後夜８時までスーツケースを預かって頂きありがとうございました。今後とも良いサー- ビスを。

Al tener una habitación standard reservada con prepago y estar el hotel completo, nos asignaron una junior suite, incluso con terraza al Paseo de la Castellana, por lo que no podemos sino agradecer el trato recibido y la amabilidad del personal. Excelente. Volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid.

Hemos estado el Puente de Semana Santa y la estancia en el hote l ha sido perfecta. La habitación muy limpia, bastante amplia y con una cama king muy cómoda. La ubicación para hacer turismo por Madrid es esplendida pues tienes la parada del autobús enfrente del hotel y las estaciones de metro de Cuzco y Bernabeu a cinco minutos andando. El personal del hotel muy amable. Lo del minibar gratuito es todo un detalle. Cuando vuelvamos a Madrid seguro que repetiremos en este hotel. Ramón y Teresa de Málaga. Que no tengan canal de television de pago.
