The room (604) was luxurious and extremely comfortable. There looked to be some dodgy wiring to tge cd player looks like The original wiring was spliced to a new eire using a terminal block, but not insulated.shower screen also didn't stop water spilling onto the floor.

Nice rooms all covered in wood. The bathrooms are a bit old, they should be renewed. I am sensible to the noise and the windows are no so sound proof even at high floors (they hotel has 10 floors).

Great location for business purposes, somewhat convenient for tourism too (close to subway and train stations). Good restaurants in the area. Wireless internet in the room cost Euro12 and it was really slow.

Very nice breakfast service in the morning ! Excellent front desk support, and clean rooms. If you need ac to survive the Spanish hot weather, then do not stop at this hotel. Unfortunately its ac blowing power was so week, we taught it was on "Hot" !! I don't know if this is general to this hotel, but definitely it is not a good point especially in a 4 stars hotel. By the way, the bed was also incredible noisy !! And I don't even mention the sound coming from the street !! As if you were sleeping windows wide opened !! ...

E' praticamente attaccato allo stadio Bernabeu, le camere sono ampie e dotate di ogni comfort. Il prezzo adeguatissimo alla qualità. Lo consiglio a tutti. Unico difetto, il wi fi a pagamento nelle camere ma nella hall è gratuito.

La habitación, era grande, tenía buenas vistas y una terraza. El vestíbulo de la entrada tenía unos butacones muy cómodos en los que podías relajarte o leer la prensa diaria.

Me ha gustado prácticamente todo, la verdad. El personal muy amable, una habitación amplia, así como la cama. Estancia muy agradable. Nada, quizá los precios de la carta del servicio de habitaciones estén un poco por encima del nivel de los platos, pero puede que sea percepción mía.
