Room was excellent, we asked for a cot for our 18th month baby it was impeccable. staff friendly, easy access to city center, not far from airport, 10 minute taxi. excellent breakfast and room service. very accommodating.

Nice and clean rooms. Good value for price. Close to metro station. No wifi. We spent around 20 mins for check in/ check out process. Not enough staff at reception desk.

The Room was very spacious and nicely decorated (I did book a superior room). I was really impressed by this. The staff were extremely unfriendly, rude and lacked the necessary basic english to be able to assist guests. This is nothing new in Spain generally but still shocking every time I encounter this level of poor service. The was no safe in the room, hardly any plug sockets and you could hear every noise whether is was someone walking in the room above you or people speaking outside (I was on the 3rd Floor).

This hotel is a little outside the city centre but served by Cartagena metro station a minute's walk away, and 5 minutes' walk from Avenida de America, where the No 200 airport bus dropped us off (1 euro each). Excellent room and value for money, a few of the front desk staff were a little gruff but Jesus was amazingly helpful. Free minibar (non- alcoholic) and wifi in a serviceable and comfortable tv lounge. Breakfast was too expensive for us.

Very modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Although not in the centre of Madrid it is located very close to the metro making it easy to get around Madrid. I would definitely stay here again. It has air conditioning and a refrigerator.

Very good rooms and convenient location. Extremely unfriendly stuff. Very expensive breakfast. For the 1/3 of it's price you can have big and very tasty breakfast in Vibs which is 5 min walking.

This hotel is perfect for the budget business traveller, but really way to far from anything to see in Madrid. Price is somewhat reasonable, but like most hotels in europe these days overpriced! Our room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was bleak to say the best! Way to far from Madrids sights

The location. Easy to get around from, and easy to get to the airport. Nice neighbourhoods. Staff gave the wrong information about tickets for bus/metro. Free wifi only in the lobby and not in the room. Expensive breakfast.

1) The room was very clean. This always makes an impression on me. 2) I stayed with my mother and baby. My baby had a free babycot which was ideal and very comfortable for all of us. 3) The hotel offers free minibar which is very considerate. We had a very comfortable time. Nothing dislike. The surrounding didn't have much to offer but there is a very convenient bus line nearby to Madrid city centre. And the shuttle bus to the airport is also very nearby. Very convenient.

I appreciate hotel service, very friendly and profissional. Food is excellent specially Breakfast. Very flavour really homemade. I emphasize orange juice (the best I ever had) and the cured ham - delicious. Yes the car park doesn´t accept carr higer than 1,80mt. As I had a Renault Espace, I was forced to leave the car outside and car park is dificult to get.

“The hotel is hybrid of various famous designers who have designed each floor. We stayed on the 8th floor and as the lift doors opened it felt like we had landed on a spaceship. The room doors were shaped like pods after swiping the door key the door was pushed to open as there are no handles.
