Very inexperienced receptionist did not know or recommend any restaurants. There was no hot water for about an hour and the air conditioning did not work. a very poor time.We stay in a lot of your hotels in Spain and have never had a problem. we stayed at your hotel in Tarragona which was excellent the same week.I would not recommend Castillon to anyone.

Hotel bien situado para visitar castellon.Habitacion correcta. Hemos pasado dos dias horribles en este hotel.Habia un equipo de futbol infantil alojado los dos dias que hemos estado nosotros alli.A las 8 de la mañana los niños corriendo por los pasillos gritando y dando portazos.El desayuno bufet mediocre con un zumo de naranja que eran polvos con agua. Aviso a los caballeros ,llevense su maquinilla de afeitar porque la que ponen en el baño no afeita la barba, simplemente te arranca los pelos.

Este hotel es realmente céntrico, con instalaciones modernas, personal super atento y su relación calidad/precio es excelente. Lo recomendaría sin dudar para cualquier tipo de viaje. El que no tenga cafetería sólamente.

La limpieza de las instalaciones, la atención del personal, que tomen en cuenta las "observaciones" hechas a la hora de reservar, la comodidad de la cama, poder hacer uso del minibar sin que te claven... Aunque no es algo que me preocupe en exceso, el aparato de tv es algo antiguo y le faltan algunos canales más interesantes. Ah, y la no disponibilidad de wi-fi

De passage pour aller sur malaga cela correspondait à mon itinéraire journalier et comme j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'ensemble je n'avais pas de raisons de changer d'hôtel, j'ai donc réservé une chambre pour mon retour en france.

Hotel réservé pour une étape d'une nuit à Castellon sur la route des vacances et, dans ce cadre, hotel parfait en terme d'emplacement dans la ville ( à 2 pas des rues commerçantes si on a envie de marcher un peu et des restos) et en terme de confort. Par contre le cadre est très impersonnel, ce qui n'a aucune importance pour une nuit d'étape ou un voyage d'affaire. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du prix et je recommanderai de ne pas le prendre à l’hôtel surtout qu'à 200 mètres une petite place entourée de cafés restaurants offre des petits déjeuner excellent pour pas cher (chocolate et churros). Prix du petit déjeuner par rapport à ce qui est proposé.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre et moderne. Toutes les installations nécessaires, dans la chambre comme ailleurs. Personnel discret mais toujours très aimable et prêt à aider en cas de besoin. Salle de fitness petite et petits déjeuners à 10€ assez cher (mais très beau buffet à volonté jusqu'à midi !!)

Nos agustado sobre todo la relacion calidad precio y tambien la ubicacion esta cerca de la playa y eso es lo que buscamos nosotros el hotel en general esta muy bien Pues si hay algo en lo que hemos coincidido mi marido y yo y es que el personal de recepcion nos ha parecido un poco antipatico en general creo que hay que ser un poco mas abierto con los clientes

En general todo muy correcto.gracias. En mi caso lo unico que me gustaria destacar ,es el problema del aire acondicionado concretamente en nuestra habitacion,que fue la "207".la salida del aire nos venia directamente a la cabecera de la cama,con lo cual a la noche es imposible tener el aire puesto con el consiguiente calor de la noche.creo que no todas las habitaciones tendran la salida como esta.la solucion me parece bastante sencilla,que es colocar una rejilla con pestañas movibles y eso te da opcion a cambiar la dierccion del aire ,como las que estan en la sala " e".por lo demas todo muy bien .un abrazo.

Las instalaciones eran nuevas, a 10 min en coche de la playa y el puerto deportivo. Cómodo si vas con coche El personal del hotel muy desagradable, no nos informaron de la parada de autobus al lao del hotel, ni respondieron ninguna pregunta. No sabian nada.
