This modern hotel is located in Pamplona, next to the University area and 15 minutes’ walk from the Exhibition Centre. It offers stylish, air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and a minibar. The rooms at the AC Hotel Ciudad de Pamplona by Marriott feature parquet floors and a desk. Each one comes with a private bathroom with a hairdryer. location, friendly reception, secure parking design of lounge and eating area is ghastly; eating an evening meal in an office is not my idea of fun. Also, why is it so dark? The service was much improved on our previous visit a year ago; the food varied from excellent to poor [my steak, ordered to be well done, was a lump of raw gristle].

Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was not too far from the old town, approx. 20 minutes walk. Parking was easy in the underground car park on opposite side of the road. Nice breakfast food and drinks. Some restuarants and bars locally.

Good location - 15 min walk to old town. Staff friendly, facilities good. Breakfast very Continental! Good, secure, locked underground car park opposite hotel. Very good price recognising location. Wifi is not available in the rooms - only on reception level. Air conditioning switched off in rooms - very Spanish but ignores guests needs especially when outside 25+ degrees! Very hot and humid. No English speaking tv channels - not even news or cnn. Very difficult to find - needs map of exact location and advice on car parking alternatives etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very good. We ate in the restaurant one evening and found the food was very tasty and well presented and good value for money The breakfast could be improved. Even though it was very reasonable, the coffee was not as hot as it should have been. Fruit choices could be expanded. It would be nice to have free wifi in rooms as well as public areas.

The whole experience was flawed from the start by the surly and very unfriendly reception staff - they thought they were doing us a favour by booking us in !!!!!!!

One of the worst expereinces I have encountered in a hotel. I was treated very badly & rudely by staff in the hotel Cafe and Buisness centre. I complained to the manager but he wasn´t all that helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Eigenlijk is niets tegen gevallen behalve de kosten van de garage. Waarom geen gratis wifi in de kamer? Gedoe in de lounge is eigenlijk maar niets.

Estamos hartos, porque no es la primera vez, de que hoteles como éste prioricen el diseño a la funcionalidad y el confort. En concreto, el lavabo no tiene tapón;resulta inaudito que estén pidiendo concienciación ecológica con el cambio de las toallas y por otro lado se encuentre este malgasto y despilfarro de agua por no tener con qué retenerla. Y en cuanto al diseño, esta costumbre tan extendida últimamente de poner las puertas del baño de cristal translúcido hace que si se viaja en pareja, cuando uno entra al baño, el otro tiene que sufrir toda la luz procedente del mismo.
