Small and friendly and clean. Within walking distance of all places of interest - (unless disabled, although access is good for all, with a modern lift.) Convenience shop for snacks, and pharmacy on next corners. No mini fridge/bar. Could be a problem particularly in hot weather. No facilities for hot drinks either in room or service except if taking breakfast. This is limited to 0830 - 1000 so take a thermos.

Location Requested a double room, but allocated a twin room. Asked to change room and we were moved to a very shabby room outside on the roof. Bed was very uncomfortable and cold, tv did not work and no wifi signal. Very disappointed.

Street in front of hotel smells terrible; you can not evet open the window. Room was humid. A/C for heating is not working. And you can absolutely find better good-located hotels.

Brilliant location for Seville sights. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice looking modern communal areas. Great value for money. Air con didn't work and our room was very warm with no outside window (as it was a short stay we didn't bring this to the attention of the staff). No wi-fi signal in our room. Bed was pretty firm but not too bad. Bathroom showing some signs of wear

The hotel was in a good location. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. We had rooms with small balconies. We were working to a budget and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Seville is now one of our favourite European cities.

The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Giralda. If you're thinking on a bus tour arround the city, you might wan't to get a ticket at the hotels front desk which comes with a 20% discount. Wireless internet in the room Bad insonorization, you could hear what was going on between rooms and in the restaurant area.

Well placed once you orientated yourself to the city but about 20 mins from AE bus stop from airport if you take this route in. A few signs of wear but generally very clean, well situated and good value. Dont miss out the adjacent Museo De Bellas Artes amongst the other major sites to see. Options for getting there from the airport e.g. what bus then clear walking instructions etc would be very useful

It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The distance to the main area of Seveille was further than we were led to believe. It stated a 10 minute walk it was more than 20-25.

New and clean, great location, about 1 km from the Cathedral. Taxi to the airport was 28 euros. The wi-fi signal was very low in our room on the first floor, everything else was perfect.

Muy limpio, y de diseño más que aceptable por el precio. El personal es correcto. La ducha no me gustó nada. No era ni una ducha ni bañera, por lo tanto el agua cae directamente al suelo y el resumidero no alcanza a absorber el agua suficiente, tanto es así que luego de 5 min en la ducha el agua comenzaba a salir por la puerta hacia el pasillo que da al salón. Tuve que apagar un rato la ducha para que el agua desagote. Terrorífico sistema y mal mantenimiento del resumidero que seguramente estaba atascado.

Wlan gratis en las habitaciones, y aire acondicionado. El desayuno debería iniciar antes de las 8.30 horas. Sería bueno tener frutas e yogurt para desayunar.

El personal del turno de tarde no prestaban atención a tus reclamaciones. Solicite dos habitaciones con cinco mese de antelación y nos dieron dos habitaciones en una terraza que eran inhabitables. Tras reclamar a la recepcionista no cambiaron las habitaciones, teniendo que re ubicarme en una de minusvalidos que no tenía ni bañera ni plato de ducha. También tuve problemas con la plaza de aparcamientos para las dos motos en las que fuimos. Desde luego no lo recomiendo.

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente pour découvrir la ville. La chambre (109) (avec un grand lit) était très propre et plutôt agréable dans son design. La salle de bain est grande.L'espace d'accueil très vaste et lumineux. Des canapés confortables vous attendent pour un peu de repos à la réception. La salle de petit déjeuner est agréable et les produits proposés au buffet sont variés et bon. Le personnel est charmant en particulier la jeune personne chargée du petit déjeuner les jours fériés. Idéal pour les couples en voyage de noce si tant est qu'ils sachent exprimer leur fougue amoureuse avec retenue... La chambre est plutôt petite (voire exiguë). Le personnel n'est pas d'une compétence exceptionnelle en matière d'information sur les transports en commun par exemple. La dame un peu âgée chargée du petit déjeuner en semaine reste assez revêche... mais bon... En revanche il faut bien admettre que l'hôtel souffre d'un problème "criant" d'insonorisation. La conception de l'hôtel, autour d'un immense patio central couvert sur lequel donnent toutes les chambres est une véritable caisse de résonance qui ne laisse rien ignorer des conversation des uns et des autres à la réception ou de la préparation du petit déjeuner le matin. Entre les chambres le problème est le même. Attention à ne pas vous faire surprendre en pleine nuit par les éternuements de vos voisins.... voire....
