A very clean and spacious room. There is a bus stop for the airport near the hotel (5 min. walk). Overall, stylish and comfortable. Helpful staff at the reception.

The hotel is located a few blocks off the main avenue. It can be a bit scary to walk back in the dark.

The stuff was very friendly,the rooms are very nice. A metro station is nearby the hotel.

Excellent facillites for disabled, large room and bathroom with seat and grab rails. Can get wheelchair right up to shower. Staff were excellent very supportive and most helpful.

Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room

Excellent Hotel.I stayed here with my son to watch Barcelona and it is only 5 stops on the metro to the Camp Nou.Staff really helpful especially Inga on the front desk who was excellent at giving directions and pointing out things to see and do,I had a slight problem and the duty manager sorted it out without any fuss and was very apologetic.Room very clean with big bathroom i would definitely stay here again and would reccomend it.

Bed was so hard I was unable to sleep

Excellent value for money and within walking distance of all major tourist attractions. Also allows easy access to Camp Nou for those that are visiting for football. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, with all necessary facilities very cleam and contemporary

It's clean, good looks, great service and staff. Great rooms, amazing beds and blankets. Very good bathrooms. It's really a confortable hotel, I recommend it. Urgell metro station is 4 blocks away. Lovely restaurant/pastry in the street

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Arrived at 1pm from Sydney so wanted room after a very long flight but was told non-smoking room not available. I asked if smoking room available as just wanted a shower and was given disabled room. Also asked for ironing board/iron as needed to iron business shirt for meeting that afternoon. Went to room to unpack and have shower. Came out of shower to find ironing board/iron had been taken by staff member with me being asked. I tried to call reception but dialing 9 didn't work. I also tried to use free wifi but it didn't work in my room either. None of the literature in room tells you what number to call for reception so I had to walk back down to reception instead. They told me that I would have to wait for ironing board/iron was used by other guest. In the Ned I had to go to my meeting without ironing my shirt. Why does hotel only have 1 x ironing board/iron? Why is there no information in room on how to call reception or outside line. I got feeling hotel staff not interested in helping staff. I have stayed at hotel 3 times (same time each year) and will reconsider if I stay again unless issues can be resolved

The facilities were very chic and in a convenient location. Staff was great in providing information we required. Having a computer on each floor was an added bonus.

I guess we were there during a busy week-end but the cost still seemed high.

I liked the bathrooms and the cleaning

I didnt like you aircondition system. It was noisy,i didnt like the internet old one and noisy.i didnt like the fact that the walls were thin and we couldhear the neibors aircondition.for 4 staes hotel it waspoor W.no breakfast and not a good restaurant.also the tv was hard to find an english movie .more things are the blinking light from the ceiling. .
