Position in the City - we know Barcelona well as it is our "local" city to Andorra.

Parking was very expensive especially compared to Evenia Rossello. At breakfast all the tables had dirty plates on them and nobody to clear them away. We had to go to Reception to have this done. Pretty por really...would rather stay at the Evenia....

Great location. Spacious and quiet rooms - good blow dryer :) Helpful staff. Good food at the restaurant (despite the little number of people there).

Room felt a little dusty, old school tv and stereo system. Would be nice to have a kettle, since this is considered a four star hotel?

Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious and the bath was very relaxing. Hotel overall great standards

The hotel is comfortable and very quiet. The hotel is located in downtown with very good communication (public transportation) and a lot of diferent restaurants around. Our stay was fantastic.

I have stayed once before at this hotel so I knew that this will not be dispoinment. Location is good. You have only 15 minutes taxi drive to the airport (30 - 35 euros) and only 2 km distance to the Barcelona Sants railway station. Also if you have free time you can walk easily to see main tourist places, example to the Ramblas about 20 minutes. Breakfast is good and all hotel staff are friendy and speaking fine English.

Overall nice hotel, very good location 5min walk from metro station. Clean room, quiet with adequate facilities. Friendly staff, helpful with everything we needed. Free WiFi. Large, very comfortable beds. Would stay again, definitely.

Breakfast is overpriced, but there is an "express breakfast" cheaper option with the basics to begin. Some switches in the bathroom were loose, some doors cranking, all minor but gave us the feeling of a 3star hotel, not 4. Nothing serious to complain though.

Noisy room facing the street front with traffic noise. Poor wifi signal in room.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness. Pleasant foyer to sit and read or meet friends. Quiet rooms.

Illumination in bar/restaurant area not inviting.

The room was clean and staff all seemed friendly.

This was not a 4 star hotel, shower in room was poor, breakfast had a good selection but eggs cold, coffee machine did not work. Lastly the channel choice for the TV was poor - just news channels only - no films etc

Twin-bed room was like a prison cell. Beds were surrounded by three walls, linked to a corridor leading to a small window, so it always felt gloomy in the room. It was on the second floor, which is still below ground level on the back side of the building, so the window basically faced a wall. Window handle was missing so the window could not be locked - however they fixed that pretty fast. We were given to understand that double-bed rooms are far better. A nice hotel, but certainly overpriced.

Price, clean & not far from centre

Friendly and kind-hearted staff, location, good value for money.

Very good team. Nice place. We can do everything by foot and the Métro is very near of the hôtel.

The fitness center. Sauna, jacuzy and hammam are ok. But the musculation are is very poor

Great location, near all the bars and restaurants in Eixample area of Barcelona. Very easy to get to from the airport - the airport bus stops at Urgell. Very clean and modern, friendly staff, great quality rooms. Great value for money during out of season time.

Nothing, really

Friendly and helpfull staff. Closeness to all major venues, bars and restaurants, shopping. 5 minutes walk to airport bus stop and 12 minutes walk to Barcelona Sants Train station with hi speed train connections to whole Spain. Bus stop just across the hotel.

Problem free - nice hotel

Restaurant staff not too attentive - the football was on TV when we arrived and stayed on as the waiter was obviously a fan but not asked if we were happy to have it on - even just out of politeness. A smile now and again might have helped.

Location was great and staff was wonderful!

The safe in the room was broken and we requested that t be fixed and it never was.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful and also spoke excellent English! Our room was upgraded to a junior suite but since we have now enjoyed three separate stays at this hotel we believe that all the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

We were in a room at the front of the hotel facing the road. The traffic was noisy in spite of the multiple glazed windows and I did not sleep well as a result

Exceptionally friendly staff! I felt very welcome every time I asked any sort of questions. (I have always been curious). Rooms are beautiful. The most important- the hotel is logistically perfect to get to any part of the city in minutes (by metro or on foot too). Class!

I am a smoker. So eventually I had to have a fag in front of the hotel's main entrance. Having finished my smoke I couldn't find an ashtray in the 50 yard radius. Would appreciate a little tiny ashtray somewhere on the pavement...

nice hotel,located in one of the best areas in Barcelona. Bus 59 (opposite of hotel) takes you directly to La Ramblas, the sea or other tourist attractions Also, metro station Urgell 5 min. walk. You can find great bakeries very near to the hotel to have a delicious breakfast.
