AC Hotel Gran Canaria by Marriott    

The location. It is easy to see the hotel far away because it is high. Good staff (except for the one that spoke poor english).

The bed was hard and you could feel the springs in the bed. No wi-fi at the room. No water-heater for making tea. Bad design of the shower that made the bathroom floor wet. The door to the bathroom was noisy and not so easy to open and close.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Free minibar if making a reservation through booking.com We paid extra for a room with view and got view over the harbour which was a bit disappointing. The free transfer to the airport was great! This is an perfectly ok hotel to stay at for a night or two as the bed is great and it´s very clean and it´s quiet.

The sunbeds on the rooftop pool was very dirty but it´s of course up to one and each to use them or not. The breakfast was not included and I think 15 euros is very expensive for a breakfast when you can get a whole 3 course meny for 10 euros in Las Palmas.

Very convenient location and great views from the room.

Bathroom had a permanent strange smell that hits you as you enter the room (room 1513).Only ten loungers around the pool may not be enough when the hotel is busy.Free airport shuttle has an extremely reduced weekend service meaning you probably end up getting the local bus or taxi.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient for shopping and beach.

The hotel bar was non existent ,you couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The breakfast was not up to 4star standard and you had to clear a table and lay the table before you could sit down to eat.the hot breakfast was cold and the cereals were tough.

I've stayed in the AChotel 3 times up to now,we do a girly wkend trip every carnaval :) the hotel is very central for us!!

Quick check-in and check-out, free minibar, the breakfast was good for its price (16euro for 2 persons). I asked for a high-floor room and they gave it.

Elevators are slow/not enough, usually we waited for it for several minutes. Room key wasn't working 2 times so we had to come down to reception and they even hadn't apologized. It's ridiculous they have free wi-fi in lobby but not in rooms.

Friendly staff, good breakfasts, comfortable & efficient room, excellent location.

We missed a nice lounger. no service in the pool area.

We stayed here last year ,we like the suites which are probably the best in the area. Last year the restaurant was expensive and average. This year prices are lower and food is excellent.

Wi-fi in the room costs 12 euros per day.

Good location if you're taking a cruise. Hotel is close to the port

Because so many pre cruise and post cruise people are using this hotel it took an hour to get a porter to get our luggage. I also had to wait I line for 20 min to check out. Very frustrating. When we arrived on a Thursday night around 11pm the bar was closed. There was no lace o is and relax with a drink or whatever. We had been traveling for 12 hours to get to Las Palmas. For a so called Marriott, we couldn't believe it. Pool is on the roof and you must climb 2 flights of stairs to reach it. No elevator. Doesn't even seem legal.

Very good breakfast with fantastic view. Great and clean room. Airport shuttle which timed well one way.

The beds were really hard, not comfortable at all. One of staff at the reception was grumpy, although the service was good. Airport shuttle on saturdays and hollidays did not time our arrival. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be good.

Good location

Good location, but during my stay my personal belongings were "lost" after the room was cleaned. Management and ac usa states I must have lost them myself....

Hotel's rooms and breakfest is nice. Close to the north beach.

Its located in the new city center. You need to get a bus about 10 min to go to the old city center. We stay 3 days in the North gran Canaria, north side can be cloudy weather in summer time.

I cannot fault this hotel from a business viewpoint.

My one criticism is that the only English tv station was cnbc which is not good enough - no European or World news.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good. And one more pleasant thing - a swimming pool on the roof with an amazing view around.

Quizás un poco de mal olor (bajantes) al entrar en la habitación

El mayor problema es encontrar aparcamiento por lá zona. Tienen algun tipo de concierto con un parking cercano, pero me parecen excesivas las tarifas. Por lo demas todo Bien, excelente situacion, espectaculares vistas desde los pisos superiores
