Location ok but motorway difficult to navigate Room small and double bed too small and very noisy from passing traffic from very early morning. Nearby parking at €16.80 overnight overpriced when similar priced hotels have free parking. Add in breakfast and parking to make stay overpriced for services offered. Won't stay again

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite good. And one more pleasant thing - a swimming pool on the roof with an amazing view around.

In the center. Good view. Parking is outside of the hotel and quite some distance to walk. Not convenient if you travel with lots of luggage. Hot water took every time several minutes to arrive.

The hotel was very comfortable - of a higher standard than most in the area, and enjoyed a good location near the beach. The breakfast offered very poor value for money.

The beds were big and the mattresses comfortable. The view from the upper floors is excellent. The young female receptionists were friendly. Everything was clean. The drinks in the free mini-bar were replenished daily. The sound insulation to the next-door rooms was very good. A mature male receptionist was not very friendly and gave us a room which stank of drains (Room 1412), which was deplorable!. Only some of the bathrooms had been renovated e.g. 1412. The sound of traffic can be heard in the front and side rooms. As the floors are wooden, women´s high heels can be heard below. The balconies need redecorating. The complimentary toiletries were not replenished at all, although we stayed five nights.

The location is ideal - very near to the bus station and city centre, the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful. No heating system in the hotel, in winter it can be a bit chilly at night. But with an extra blanket given by the staff, the problem was solved.

We really enjoyed our room, although the bed was a bit narrow for two persons and the bathroom rather basic. Still good value for the money. We had a wonderful panoramic view og the city and the sea from the 19th floor. Location is good if you want to be close to both the centro comercial and the Las Canteras beach. All together an elegant and comfortable business hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet rather expensive.

Good location, close to the beach; nice swimming pool; professional staff, clean room, well equipped; free internet in the lobby. Access to wi-fi in rooms was too expensive, the lady at the reception desk that serviced us the first day was not really nice.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and prof. AC Hotel is one of the few hotels around the world supplying you with an open minibar to a really good price level for the room. The breakfast was also very nice with a superb view.

Great looking hotel, awesome rooms. Although not as central as the hotels along Canteras, the beach is just a 5 min walk away. Great view from the balcony! The staff was very helpful, however the check-in was a mess (keys did not work, lots of paperwork to wait for, the room we got first did not include a double bed)

Location is great, as well as cleanliness and the staff's kindness. If you don't mind to stay in the city, rather than the beach, this is the place to go. And the drinks in the frigo-bar of the room are free!!! Breakfast is not included in the price and it costs 16 Euros. But at the square nearby you can have coffe and croissant in a terrace for barely 3 Euros.

Nice, clean rooms. Friendly personnel. Very good situation in center of Las Palmas. Hotel is very impressive with its views of the city and the sea. Swimming pool was too cold to use. Should be warmed up. Sauna was not in use, despite being in the hotel's merchandising. Breakfast too expensive, 18 EUR.

Great views from the rooms, especially those on higher levels and facing the Cantera beach. Excellent location close to the Playa de la Cantera and the Catalina Park. Overall, it does not match the standard of other ac hotels I've been to. The room was not clean enough. The bathroom is small and needs to be fully renovated. The time queing down in the lobby to check in or out. The staff does not give a lot on information on restaurants near by. There was no chair on the balcony. The pool upstairs didn't look so nice.

The hotel is lovely, the rooms are nice standard, with big beds and kept clean every day. There is a free minibar which is topped up every day, with mostly soft drinks, which a nice after a long day in the heat of Gran Canaria. The pool area on the roof is nice with great views, there is also a very good gym. The restauraunt is a bit pricy as is breakfast. The only critisim I would have is that the top 2 floors have only stairs access ie the pool and the gym, also to enter the hotel you have to go up one level of stairs, there is a luggage lift but you would need to ring every time and get someone to go down and let you in. This would probably make the hotel a bit in acceassable to disabled people, other than that we had a lovely stay, and the hotel was great value for money.

Excellent location, probably the best in the whole Gran Canaria, in the heart of Las Palmas with all the major shopping malls and especially El Muelle with great places to eat and hang out at night! And Las Canteras strand is a very short walk away. Modern design with a lot of personality, not the usual trashy tourist hotel you get in the south of Gran Canaria. Very nice room, very comfortable bathroom. The pool on the last floor is awesome for a bit of relax. Gym and pool are free but wifi in the rooms is not exactly cheap, there's no free 'basic breakfast' offered and if you use the parking spot you've got to dish out even more. Overall the quality of the services is top notch but each were around 15 eu a day so if you want them all + 40/50 a day can be a bit costly.
