AC Hotel Barcelona Forum by Marriott  

Location is fine, healthy club was ok. Bathroom amenities.

The staff is not helpful at all; you can get any kind of right information at this hotel, all the info that I got from the staff during my stay was wrong, using the facilities of the hotel is complicated like the B. center. Rooms are too small, not like what in the photos.

Good location (outside the center but easy access to downtown - close to metro, sightseeing bus..) and quite and clean surroundings - the see, stores..

The hotel had a futuristic feel but was still very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and there was always someone around to help. The hotel has excllent links to the centre of barcelona and is near enough to the beach so you get the benefit of both a city break and a beach holiday.

The localization, great to run around the hotel near the beach; The employees; The hair dryer finally one hotel with a good one; The view to the see; The Spa; Making Sauna with a view to "sagrada familia"

I cannot understand why we don't have free internet all over the entire hotel!

Internet connection never worked in the room

At the checkout ,on Sunday am ,Dec 4,2011 I was the only customer,yet I had to wait more than 5 min for the clerk to address me .She was on the phone I gather making a booking for a customer...I Had to prompt her to turn her attention to me ,who was in a hurry to get to the Airport.This was a unique unpleasant experience for me ,I never encountered it in another Marriott Hotel

Comfortable room good location, about 5 minutes walk from metro station

It took us about half an hour to check in, too slowly

Large modern rooms, loved all the bathroom accessories like shower gel, soaps,slippers and comb. The room service was outstanding as well.

Great rooftop pool and bar area. Gym facilities were great. Staff attentive.

Internet was terrible. A bit far off the from downtown Barcelona. 10-15 min by Metro to Ramblas.

The helpful staff. They were pleasant from the time we arrived to the minute we left, always willing to answer questions and offer help. The spa area was imaculately clean and maintained throughout the day to the highest standards. The room staff were very professional and worked to the highest standards.

Unfortunately the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
