Beautiful room: comfortable beds, elegant bathroom, being my favorite the transparent sink. Excellent customer service: warm and efficient. Great value for the price. Although not centrally located, there is a frequent bus near by that takes you downtown in 10 minutes. I will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent especially the staff who did ak that was asked especially Alba on reception. She made arrangements with other hotels for us at Burgos and San Sebastian. Good car parking. Too far out of town. As we were on holiday we wanted to go to the beach but it was a little too far away.

Las instalaciones e infraestrucutras estaban muy nuevas. El personal amable y la limpeiza bien. La situación no es buena. Pues al estar a las afueras no permite ir al centro sin transporte.

Las instalaciones del hotel estaban bastante bien. El minibar era gratis. En la puerta del hotel hay un parking gratuito, pero caben pocos coches por lo que siempre suele estar lleno. Sólo hay wifi gratis en las zonas comunes, el de la habitación hay que pagarlo. La ubicación del hotel no es muy buena, andando está a media hora larga del centro pero al lado del hotel hay una parada de autobús que te deja más o menos en el centro. El parking del hotel no está incluido en el precio de la habitación, aunque no es muy caro, si lo coges hay un parking cubierto que caben alrededor de 10 coches y luego hay otro parking descubierto. No me parece normal que se pague lo mismo por guardar el coche en el parking descubierto que por el cubierto. Deberían ampliar el parking cubierto.

Excelente hotel , un 4 estrellas en toda regla, muy comoda la cama, buena tele, muy buena insonoración respecto a la carretera de fuera y habitacion espaciosa. Lo recomiendo. Por poner alguna pega, la ubicacíon, esta a las afueras de Gijon en dirección Oviedo, y es imprescindible coche para moverse o sino tirar a base de taxi.

Hotel muy moderno, nuevo, la habitación y las instalaciones muy bien. El personal muy atento. Minibar de refrescos gratuito. Baño con gel, champú, cepillo de dientes... La unica pega que le encuentro, es la situación retirada del cento, para quien vaya sin coche y vaya a estar en la ciudad. Nosotros nos moviamos todos los dias con el coche a otros sitios, por lo q era más una ventaja. Hay sitio para aparcar en la entrada, y está junto a la entrada de la autopista.

El minibar es gratuito, así como el gimnasio (las 24h del día) y el baño turco. El personal fue agradable, y aunque llegamos tarde a desayunar nos sirvieron amablemente un par de cafés y unos cruasanes (ya habían retirado el buffet). La situación del hotel es mala, entorno sin atractivos y lejano a la zona céntrica y de playa, tuvimos que desplazarnos en coche para todo. Las cortinas no impiden el paso de luz. No nos gustó el hecho de no disponer de wifi gratis en la habitación.

Muy bien equipado, minibar gratuito y excelentes servicios. Queda lejos del centro de Gijón, hay autobuses frecuentes al centro pero para ir a pie son unos 30 min.

Todo bien, excepto el servicio cafetería/restaurante. El servicio de cafetería / restaurante es realmente básico. Carta muy corta, de forma que si estás más de un día comiendo en el hotel, terminas cansado. El servicio del restaurante es deficiente. El personal está poco pendiente del cliente. Al contrario casi te tienes que meter en la cocina, para conseguir que te atiendan.

Habitaciones muy confortables, parking gratuito delante del hotel, gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente, muy buen desayuno buffet, aunque un poco caro. Buena decoración y buenas instalaciones en general. He ido varias veces y repetiré. Recomendable. Lo peor es que el internet es de pago, y el wifi tiene una señal muy mala, es algo que tienen que solucionar con urgencia. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero bien conectado con la autovía y a 5-10 minutos den coche del centro.

La habitación era muy confortable y bien organizados los espacios. Hacía mucho calor a pesar de que es Enero y había 12º C fuera. Nos comentaron que era por el tipo de material con que está hecho el edificio

L'habitació molt còmoda, amb servei de minibar gratis cada dia I un esmorzar molt complet I inclós en el preu. També estava molt bé poder aparcar el cotxe just davant l'hotel sense haver de pagar. S'ha d'anar en cotxe perquè està a les afores de Gijón ja que és un hotel més aviat de negocis. Les recepcionistes eren una mica antipàtiques. Hi havia el terra moll de l'entrada sense cap senyalització I quan vam entrar vaig relliscar I la noia se'm va quedar mirant sense dir res.
