Beautiful room: comfortable beds, elegant bathroom, being my favorite the transparent sink. Excellent customer service: warm and efficient. Great value for the price. Although not centrally located, there is a frequent bus near by that takes you downtown in 10 minutes. I will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent especially the staff who did ak that was asked especially Alba on reception. She made arrangements with other hotels for us at Burgos and San Sebastian. Good car parking. Too far out of town. As we were on holiday we wanted to go to the beach but it was a little too far away.

El hotel esta bastante nuevo y cuidado en general pero hay muy poco personal. Demasiado desamparado todo como necesites algo pero si esto no te importa no es una mala opción y se aparca gratis en las plazas del hotel. Lo peor es q para todo necesitas coches al menos q pases todo el dia en el hipercor q hay al lado. La lejanía al centro de Gijon.

Estuve solo 2 noches. En general todo bien¡¡ Una chica que tienen en la cafeteria y que subió los desayunos ala habitacion es excelente, agradable, educada, etc. Deberian de quitar la cama que está a la entrada del hotel, principalmente porque hay bastante cazurro por ahí suelto que la utiliza para descansar y el efecto es horrible¡¡ Que descanse en la habitación o en su casita cuando llegue.

las habitaciones amplias, limpias y comodas las cortinas de las ventanas dejaban pasar demasiada claridad, y por las mañana teniamos bastante ruido ya que nuestra habitacion estaba situada enfrente del cuarto de la limpieza y los ascensores

La verdad es que no me ha gustado nada. Francamente, creo que deberían cerrarlo o traspasarlo. Si no quieren trabajarlo es mejor que se lo dejen a otra gestora. Hacía un calor terrible y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. No se aguantaba en la habitación porque daba el sol de frente a esa fachada. Nos dijeron que solamente podía funcionar a un tiempo o la calefacción o el aire y que esos días estaba puesta la calefacción porque la semana pasada había hecho frio. Sic... El hotel estaba practicamente vacío. La Imagen era de descuido y de abandono. Es la segunda vez que me pasa en un hotel de esta cadena. Es para pensarselo y no ir nunca más a un ac.

Hola, el hotel esta muy bien, ademas, tienes una parada de autobuses muy cerca del hotel, para ir a la ciudad, etc..... El servicio es malo, y muy malo... Sobre todo en la cafeteria, cada vez que vas a buscar una consumicion tienes que pasar po recepcion.

Habitaciones muy confortables, parking gratuito delante del hotel, gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente, muy buen desayuno buffet, aunque un poco caro. Buena decoración y buenas instalaciones en general. He ido varias veces y repetiré. Recomendable. Lo peor es que el internet es de pago, y el wifi tiene una señal muy mala, es algo que tienen que solucionar con urgencia. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero bien conectado con la autovía y a 5-10 minutos den coche del centro.
