Good location however as the norm for the area, it was very hard to find a good restaurant in the area, plus the hotels Restaurant was closed. It seems Sunday is day of rest for most of them.

Easy to find, secure parking comfortable modern rooms Palencia is a great place to stop enroute to Santander. Location of the hotel is easy to find but not that great for vsiting the town. Its along walk. No food to be had on Sundays. I was not the only traveler put out by this.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was very clean, it is on the outskirts of Palencia with very easy access to and from. Ideal for the Santanda Ferry - 2 hour easy drive with petrol stop. Only downside was that on Sundays the dinning room is not open. You have to have a snack (Beefburger/Club sandwich etc) in the bar area. So if your intending to catch the Monday ferry back to the UK remember.

Las habitaciones limpias y cuidadas. El aspecto general agradable con suelos de moqueta en los pasillos y madera en las paredes. Los cuartos de baño en marmol verde con buena distribución. Aunque está algo retirado del centro, el paseo es de tan solo 10 minutos hasta la zona comercial y turistica. Al lado estan ubicados el McDonald, Carrefour y otros centros comerciales, que para las familias con niños viene siempre bien. Tambien hay una gasolinera y bancos a menos de 200 mts. Para nosotros, perfecto. No he tenido problema alguno. Todo correcto.

El hotel era muy nuevo y fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores. El minibar gratis es todo un detalle. Estaba a las afueras de la ciudad.

El personal. La mujer de recepción nos recomendó un recorrido por Palencia y un restaurante para cenar en menos de 5 minutos. Y nos recomendó, con buen criterio ir andando y nos dió una tarjeta para llamar un taxi por si queriamos volver en coche. Nos hizo un plan perfecto! Y nos propuso la sauna y hammam. El hotel es perfecto en su gama. Minibar con refrescos gratis. Desayuno continental o buffet a elegir... Sin duda la elección correcta si vais a Palencia.

Un buen hotel, un trato estupendo y camas muy confortables. La ubicación. Entiendo que un hotel de esas características debería estar más céntrico y no en la periferia y rodeado de carreteras de muchísimo tráfico.De todos modos al ser Palencia una ciudad pequeña y con distancias cortas tampoco es tan molesto.

La cama es muy confortable y está bien aislado pues hay mucho tánsito de coches en la carretera Estando el hotel medio vacio nos dieron la habitación más pequeña. La ubicación del hotel es en polígono industrial, al lado de gasolinera y en frente de supermercado. No hay zona de descarga de maletas en la puerta. La estética ac es la de toda la vida, los baños verde jade me refiero, y empieazn a estar un poco obsoletos

Lo mejor del Hotel es la limpieza, el confort d elas habitaciones y la ubicación, cercana al centro d ela ciudad pero en una zona tranquila y con facilidad de aparcamiento El sistema que tienen de desayunos. Es todo perfecto en cuanto a calidad y diversidad de productos pero el café y la leche hay que "mendigarla" al camarero. ¿Por qué no se pone cafe y leche disponible como en el resto de hoteles? Los camareros parecen ocupados en el interior de la cocina y hay que asomarse a la puerta de la misma para solicitar el primer café y continuamente si quieres añadir más leche o más café.

Estupendo, confortable, las camas y las almohadas excelentes, limpio, el baño grande con secador, sin ruidos, muy tranquilo, la verdad par repetir. El desayuno muy bueno. Lo peor pero son ser muy mala, la ubicacion, algo lejos

El hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, está bastante cerca del centro de la ciudad. El cuarto de baño está mal iluminado ( como en casi todos los hoteles), y no tiene un espejo de "aumento".
