Excellent location, comfortable room with good facilities.

This was a great part of our holiday. Suggest 2 chairs in each room. The hotel is in a very good position and also quiet at night. The city and surrounding countryside is very interesting and clean. Wished we had more time there.

The booking in and out time of 12:00 causes problems. May I suggest booking out at 11:00 am to give cleaners a chance to do their work.

Great location, friendly reception Located right beside Ronda's famous bull rink and a 3 minutes stroll to the new bridge. Very friendly competent receptionist with good suggestions for an area drive and town walk and restaurant and good English. Room is good size, clean, wooden flooring and tiles in bathroom. Parking in a public parking house a few hundred meters away - drive to hotel first to unload.

Wifi is free but did not work in our room, but worked at the reception area (hence a 2 rating on services).

The hotel's location is very good. It is convenient to visit the city. Convenient parking, but need to pay. The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

we would recommend the reception staff. they were most helpful in finding for us an alternative hotel

the fact that when we arrived, we were told that there had been problems with water ingress over the previous three days and whilst our booking was accepted we never had the chance to stay in our chosen hotel.

So it's location it's perfect, in middle of town, next to the bridge of Ronda, next to shopping street, and all of what is to be seen in Ronda. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff, who also was of very good advice as to what to visit and which tapas bar to eat at :-) The room itself is nothing special, clean, simple, comfortable. No frills, no thrills, but simply what you need for a good night of sleep. Breakfast is simple but there also you have what you need. All good, with coffee ;-)

The staff was arrogant and unkind. 300-400 young drunk kids partied outside our window until 4:30 am and the staff ignored our requests to call the police or break up the party. Right below our window one man after another was urinating on the restaurant wall below us. We called the police ourselves and they never showed up. That was very scary. Pity the poor woman who might need the police because of an assault of some sort. The police never showed up when we called them. The next morning the staff was rude and did not offer a discount for our night of zero sleep. The only bed pillow offered was the exact width of the bed, a crazy feature. Who could sleep with that? We asked for regular/standard bed pillows and they brought us two (2) pillows that were as wide as half the bed! It was crazy!

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful and kind. The rooms were nicely done and had a lovely relaxing feel to them. I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

A very neat looking, clean hotel at an excellent location right by the bridge that leads across to old town. I really liked the design of the room. Excellent value for money.

The receptionist spoke good English.

The hotel was superbly placed for purpose - the whole of Ronda within a few minutes walk. At times the bar could be noisy but I enjoyed that whole 'Spanish thing'!! The rooms are functional,spacious and clinically clean, the staff helpful and efficient. Easy reach of restaurants, shops and sights.

The room was modern and spacious. It is located next to the bullring with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and of course the gorge!

couldn't park our motorcycle outside the hotel but the carpark was about 300m away. Buffet breakfast bar was not covered and there were flies about.

Somewhat noisy location

I liked especially the localization, right next to the best views in town. I liked also the breakfast, with natural juice freshly made and fresh REAL bread.

No parking at the Hotel but we found parking on one of the side streets and it was fine.

First off the front desk staff could not have been better. So nice and helpful. My husband needed to print a document and scan it to someone and they let him get on the computer, print it and they scanned it for him. They were helpful with places to go as well. We stayed only one night and wish it was longer. Location next to the bull ring was great and walkable to everything. Room was clean and nice.

So the room was great....except that it was above a bar that was pretty lively at 1:00 a.m. (it was a Friday, but still - not a quiet room by any means). I had earplugs but that didn't stop me from hearing the leaf blower and trucks at 7 a.m. Not a very restful night's sleep, but a lovely room.

Nice clean rooms. Beautifull location near the famous bull fight arena.

Bad isolation, I could hear everything from outside, it was like the window was open. Shower was horrible: the water changed continously from warm to cold!
