Τhe view of the room
Wifi connection in the room. Spacious room. Great view over the entire stadium.
Air conditioning too extreme, either the room was too hot if we turned it off or it was too cold with the AC on (on the lowest speed and 22 degrees Celsius).
The staff was excellent, they checked us in even before 2pm and they brought us breakfast other day even if the normal breakfatst time had finished.
Staff was helpfull and friendly
There were no hygienic things in bathroom. Electricity cables sticking out at the electrical socket where a broken hair fan was plugged in. Sorry, but there was not even a toilet brush... Then the breakfast was very pure and with no warm food. We felt like at a hotel of 2 stars, sometimes even that is better.
Excellent Value for Money
Good location with friendly staff members who arranged taxis and gave good information on places to visit etc. Visited as Vuelta was starting from Jerez and hotel location was perfect.
It was available.
There were no triple rooms - it was just a double room with an extra bed. The room was small; the "marble" tile in the bathroom was actually plastic; the woman at reception was rude. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that there was no manager currently in the building. The location was away from the city center with nothing of interest in the area. There was no free perking - the "free" parking was actually on the street. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. We had to change rooms because the first room we were offered smelled like a sewer. The TV was about 20 years old - not a flat screen.
cleanliness helpful staff at check in
no hot water telephone not working to call reception indifference of morning reception staff to lack of hot water indifference of morning reception staff to request for refund
Lovely Room , very Quiet and comfortable . Convenient to town and countryside .
Totally under staffed and staff un trained and invicible . Wifi useless .
Staff at all Hadn't wifi in the room The water bottle was open The staff didn't take a 2 pillow Etc...
Superb staff, great location.
Tricky to find when we arrived at night! Signage please.
Nice rooms Quite a view on the stadium Good value Excelent if you just pas by Parking
Far from the center
Not much. Staff indifferent. Room was a double stuffed with beds. Decor very tired. General cleanliness extremely poor especially the bathroom. Difficult to believe the room had been cleaned at all. If I employed the housekeeping staff I would sack them. Big old square TV. How long have flat screens been in existence?
Modern and clean hotel in a quiet location. Good value for money.
The hotel was first class! So modern and clean. Located adjacent to their soccer stadium!!
Stayed one night as a stopover before heading to the countryside so can't rate this hotel in terms of access to Jerez.however the rooms were fab (you must get a view of the stadium!)and although the whole feel of the place is very corporate it was very comfortable.breakfast was a bit poor though, served in a meeting room with no real staff.and would have been nice to be able to access the terrace to the stadium.fine for a stopover but not if you want any kind of atmosphere.kids loved the stadium though.
Clean, modern, cheap, cheerful
Didn't feel like there was a proper reataurant facility. Dinner was in an unatmospheric meeting room with a set menu (incredible value though) and breakfast was in another similar room. Lack of a proper place to eat in a hotel this size seems strange.
The rooms are modern and clean. Pillows fluffy and soft, bed comfortable. Very nice. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.
As commented elsewhere the TVs are not only old, the reception is bad.
helpfull and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, free wifi with acceptable speed. Very well located for those going to the Jerez Circuit
slight cigarette smell in the room (I had not specified a non-smoking room, however), breakfast buffet, while good, good have a little bit more variety (i.e. scrambled eggs, bacon, etc)
Location as we were just passing through, maybe a little far to walk into City Centre. Parking outside for free and seemed safe enough. Good view of stadium.
Wallpaper in 216 needed some attention as it was coming away at the seems in places.
The location - slightly away from the narrow streets in the centre of town - provided a good base for exploring Jerez.
The hotel had the feel of being more for business than pleasure
