Old furniture and curtains are very old and uncomfortable headrests.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were excellent, well appointed and spacious. The Hotels location is fantastic , handy to town and the major sites.

Perfect location for a relaxing city-break, even though it rained three days out of four. Great views over harbour from our verandah. Well-designed hotel. Exceptionally pleasant staff and the cusine was was good, particularly in the terrace restaurant.

AC Hotel Malaga Palacio is in an excellent location to explore many part of Malaga. It is actually quite easy to reach from the airport and provides off site parking if needed. The hotel was very neat and clean. In warmer weather the rooftop bar and deck would be wonderful to take advantage of. Within only minutes one can be walking along the esplanade, visiting the Picasso museum or the cathedral, or choosing from a multitude of wonderful restaurants. It provides a very comfortable and zen sort of feeling in a very busy and active part of town.

We had a lovely ocean view, and not surprisingly it was very noisy with the traffic below. This would not have been a problem had the temperature control worked better in our room and we would not have had to open the window to cool off.

- Прекрасное расположение. Центр. транспорт через дорогу. Такси у дверей отеля. Вокруг и в этом же здании- множество ресторанов и баров. Перед окнами пальмовая аллея, сад с экзотическими растениями, море. Сразу за отелем- кафедральный собор. Все достопримечательности историчекого центра и главная торговая улица- в нескольких минутах ходьбы. - В номере бесплатный минибар, пополняющийся каждый день. - Завтраки прекрасные! горячие омлеты, сосиски, ветчина, хамон, сыры. Соки, чаи разнообразные. Кофе без кофеина тоже был в наличии. Выпечка воздушная, были даже круассаны из зерновой муки, были и торты. Йогурты качественные. Мюсли конечно. Фрукты и целые и в нарезке и измельченные. - Самое главное - восхитительный вид из окна!!! Мы очень довольны тем, что при бронировании была определенность: мы платили более высокую цену за номер с видом на море - и мы его получили. Оно того стоило!

- Бесплатный Wi-Fi очень медленный и пользоваться не удобно- нужно брать на ресепшене карточку на 24 часа. Для других номеров- эта карточка еще и платная.

The Staff at the Hotel were helpful and friendly. We were given a room with balcony overlooking the park/port - excellent view. I believe this to have been an upgrade. Also one day into the holiday balcony furniture was provided. Roof top bar area excellent views. Another good stay at this hotel - our third stay at this time of year.

We were under the impression the mini bar was a free mini bar albeit it was well stocked. No usual mini bar list/prices was provided - naturally we helped ourselves only to find that we had been charge for the mini bar items on our final bill - a little disappointing as all ac literature in the room stated ac Hotels provide free mini bars and other clients of Bookings.com seem to have enjoyed this added extra according to reviews.

We were on the 9th floor and the Wi-fi signal for the I-pad was very weak. We bought a pre-paid card (12 euros per day), but because of very weak signal could hardly use it.

The only thing we liked - location. Just in the center with a great view on a bay. Breakfast is ok, also.

Hotel stuff is not Marriott at all. And not for 4* hotel. Thei didnt let us know about city holiday and about the fact that all the street where hotel is located will be blocked, so we spent 50 minutes, trying to park our car somewhere. Also, they were an ugly smell on a reception one day. Stuff didnt help with the luggage and doors. No advantages for Marriott rewards card holders. During our Spain trip, we stayed in 5 different hotels. These one was the worst.
