الموقع بعيد نوعا ما عن شارع الرمبلا التجاري و مطل الغرف سيء والحمام ملاصق للغرفة النوم والغرف صغيرة

الموقع سئ .. وتصميم الفندق كئيب جدا .. والحمام مكشوف على الغرفة .. شكل الفندق في الصور غير الشكل في الواقع وهو صغير جدا

The location was Good, cloose to tourism area la Rambla and Gothic town and the harbour.

It was overprice. There where small rooms with hard beds and dark corridoors. The breakfast was expansive and not that good. All The staff was not really serviceminded.

We like very much your desing and contrast with the colours.

We try to use the locker for our suitcases downstairs , but there is no instruction on the door neither on the wall in English. So we put 6 € in the door untill we realize what should we do instead of 2€. When we ask at the reception to get our money back , the lady-receptionist was very surprised and rude. She said that the instruction is clear, but we didn't see any word in English. So our visit in your hotel was spoiled by this lady. Please put instruction in English there.

Nicely designed economy rooms, excellent lounge to chill out. Reasonably good brekkie. Clean , friendly, easy living.

Staff does not care about you. Internet is not working properly location is very scary at night. Every small street you can smell marijuana.. stupid design of room. aircondition weak.

Typical spanish hotel: thin walls and no non-Spanish television in the rooms

Services are very poor. There are all the time extras(extra taxes, even they collect money for keeping your luggage several hours after check-out. Minibar is not present in the room. Cheap furnitures from IKEA

the toilette was very small apart from the sink- you had to walk from the toilette through the bed to go and wash your hands there was no window in the room!! the bedroom was separated from thje glass shower via a curtain the lift could take ages to come

Staff was really nice. Food in restaurant was ok.

Room, corridors, all feels dumpy, no fresh air, no windows can be opened, dirty walls, really basic and not welcoming rooms, feel&look of brothel, we couldn't sleep there well at all besides being tired after whole day on feet. Entry to parking is reaaaaaly tight (leave your suv back home).

I was extremely disappointed with the place When going to the room it looked like we where walking into a brothel hallways all black with red lights on walls they had the hide to charge for parking when the car park was terrible to get into and out off was not worth a cent. The beds where sloped and not even a wall separating the bathroom

Innovative design with practical room layouts making the best use of space. Super bathrooms and super breakfast and bar area with great baggage storage for late leavers. Interesting dark corridors to echo the theatre image.

The rooms were comfortable and fairly fine in size for a single person. There were no disturbances from passages or other rooms and it was quiet all the time. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The architecture of the hotel is very different than usual hotels. A different experience to walk in the dark passages and lobby.

I miss a few things pretty badly. First, tea was not included in the hotel price which is such a disappointment as in normal 3 star hotels it does, so, If you are returning to your room late at night and need to take a cup tea, you have to order it from the restaurant that closes at 10 pm. Secondly, there was no source of fresh air in the room. The wall on one side is made up of glass and but there was no window in it that can be opened. So, it was unlimited supply of light but no fresh air. Thirdly, the lifts were too sluggish. They took ages to come to your flour after the buttons are pressed.

Nice accomodation. Weird that bathroom with window to street is half of room.

Hotel is situated in a good place - next to the La Rambla, but without touristic noise.
