Great design but needs to fix a few problems. Good value if not concerned with noisy air condition. On of the better hotels. Staff were good but premises needed updating.

Very nice hotel. Staff at the reception works very well. We were greeted with a glass of champagne. The room was clean and big. Bath room has a shower and a bath with hydromassage. Comfortable bed. We used to stay in Merida at another hotel, but this is much better.

Good location in the old town.

Non buffet breakfast. No breakfast menu in English language and the staff was not able to translate the menu. Very limited variation of selections for the breakfast. Also there were only two parking places even for temporary parking. So we needed to drive around until the Hotel was able to arrange the parking. For me it was not an four star hotel.

Staff seemed very nice. Hotel was clean.

They have the worst shower design I have ever used. Either you chose the water to drible out at top, which is very bad and not what I would consider a shower. Or you have to use handheld wand, which means you only have one hand to use for washing... Very wacky shower. But if you can hande the shower, the hotel would be fine to stay at.

Air conditioning unit in bedroom was noisy.

The only positive point is that it was close to the roman ruins. And the car park was secure.

The Hotel was very tired in appearance most of the staff did not speak english. The hotel really needed a complete refurbishment. My room smelled of sewerage and the shower did not work. The seating was badly stained and this was what they considered there club room. The break fast was unbelievably poor. With slow service in fact, if I knew how bad it was I would not have waited. All in all I would not recommend this hotel very third rate.

A good location was great and they are extremely nice people however nothing seemed to work. The A/C was impossible to work out, there was piped music coming from places even the staff couldn't find, lights didn't work the WIFI didnt work, there weren't globes in some lights and even the coke in the fridge was flat. Disappointing

We booked the hotel as it has secure parking but you have to pull up in the parking space next to the hotel and then the staff take your car to park it. The room was nice, ours looked over a back street but it was quiet. The room looked nice and the shower room was big and the shower was powerful. We did not try the spa. The breakfast room is quite small so you need to choose when to go down to breakfast but the choice is fine. There is free wi-fi in public areas, it didn't reach as far as our room. There is a snack bar type area and a bar. They didn't serve late into the evening.

We could not sleep it was 90 degrees in the room in the staff did nothing to make that better but they said they were going to fix it 3 * and still nothing they just didn't seem to care I wouldn't stay at this hotel if you paid me

La cama y la almohada eran fantásticas.

El desagüe del baño olía mal. La cabecera de la cama se movía, no estaba fijada a la pared.

A pesar de ser un hotel moderno, es muy acojedor. Su Director es encantador y nos acogió de manera excepcional, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad

El precio del parking y la recepcionista, un poco "seca".

La cercanía de todo lo importante para conocer

Nuestro baño tenía mucho olor a humedad. Mi lamparilla de noche no funcionó. Un día no tuvimos jabón ni toallas y demoraron 35 min. En traerlos.el ascensor casi nunca funcionaba.

Poca cosa, lo único la localización, pero el hotel y su personal muy decepcionante.

Durante mi estancia, el personal del hotel tuvo un siniestro con mi automovil. En ese momento todo fueron buenas palabras y que todos los daños irian a cargo del seguro del hotes. A fecha de hoy, ha pasado un mes ya, el hotel no facilita los datos de la compañia de seguros, he tenido que hacerme cargo de la reparacion del coche y seguimos sin tener contestación. Así es como este hotel trata a sus clientes.

Ubicacion, atencion, comodidad, diseño, amabilidad

Hay q dejar el coche para q te lo aparquen.

- la habitacion era muy amplia. - los colchones extraordinarios, una cama mas ancha que larga!! - dos tv de 32" en la habitacion.

- el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y se pasaba calor al mediodia. - la tapa del wc estaba partida. - la habitacion olia a tuberia es decir humedad con pestecilla, tenian un ambientador pero lo tenias que echar manual, porque estaba roto.

La ausencia de ruido

Necesita algo mas de mantenimiento e innovación para continuar siendo un hotel de diseño

Ubicacion y confort.

No me avisaron de que tenía que entregar la llave, y como la destruí, al retirarv el equipaje me hicieron "PAGARLA".

La falta de mantenimiento de las habitaciones, faltaba pintar, y en la ducha aparecía mancha de humedad. No corresponde con la categoría del hotel. El desayuno y el parking.

El servicio ha sido magnifico. Atención al detalle y una ubicación en pleno centro. Nos olvidamos del coche hasta el día siguiente. La habitación de diseño y muy amplia. El SPA para nosotros solos con botella de cava de regalo fue lo mejor. Una auténtica escapada de lujo que recomendamos sin duda.

No pudimos disfrutar de la ciudad porque estuvo todo el día lloviendo y muchos monumentos son abiertos.

Todo perfecto. Sistema domotizado aunque casi no lo llegas a utilizar. Confortable. Moderno. Imposible aparcar en la zona pero te recogen el coche, te lo llevan y te lo traen cuando lo solicitas.

No tuvimos agua caliente por la mañana por un fallo técnico pero lo solucionaron rápidamente y se disculparon con mucha educación.

Casi todo en general, sobre todo la cama que era enorme, el cuarto de baño una pasada y la bañera hidromasaje. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable indicandonos los mejores sitios para comer.

La ventana que estaba encima de la cama no se abria y la bañera hidromasaje tienia roto el boton para que estuviese caliente, por lo que pasamos un poco de frio en ella.

Fortjener ikke 4 stjerner som hotel. Meget dårlig fugtig stærk lugt i hele badeværelset. Morgenmad ringe - ingen buffet.

Gostei muito, os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos, pretáveis, a comida foi muito boa, estava tudo muito bom, recomendo o Hotel.
