Everything.This hotel is number one of the best that we have been to. Staff was exellent location good away from all the noise.Garden like from some movie and the suite best suit in tenerife.Ívan Maybe, you have to walk litle bit to go to the beach, i would like if there was an elevator from garden to the beach. |

The staff were the nicest ever. The breakfast was to die for. Didnt eat there by night but didnt hear any complaints. The whole experience was fantastic, lovely and relaxed but with bars & reataurants a stroll away We got an upgrade on arrival and ended up with a suite with an outside jacuzzi, fantastic but used the standard room as a courtesy room on the day we checked out. The standard room was quiet big and very inpressive |

I loved it!!! It was the best hotel, best breakfast, best dinner, best staff ever. We did not want to leave. We felt at home and welcomed. Everybody did more than their best to make us fell kings. I strongly recommend to have half board, the food is perfect and is cheaper than going to a restaurant on the island. In fact eating somewhere else was very bad an expensive. I would definitely go there again if we would return to Tenerife. Thank you Plantacion del Sur for an amazing vacation! |

Beautiful hotel, very large, comfortable rooms. All the staff were excellent for their attention and service. Lovely grounds and pool areas. Excellent selection of food. Internal areas were a bit dark. One of the breakfast cooks wasn't very efficient, and a little unpleasant. |

Private jacquizzi over looking the sea was fantastic, would have been even better without cleaners/maid/staff, frequent interuptions. Gardens and pools fantastic. none of the food was really hot at breakfast or at dinner, and the tea / coffee was the same. |

Breakfast was splendid, swimming pool area very cozy the food orderred via room service was mediocre, the hotel is not close to the beach - 10 minutes of walk down the hill and up when you return is not very convenient |

The hotel is very nice, the breakfast is good, orange fresh and smuuzy are available, the personnel is very kind and responsible. Just two weak points of this hotel: 1. Location is on the top of mountain, quite far from the ocean. 2. tv is too small in the room. 3. Just 1 russian channel |

My son thoroughly enjoyed the kids club, It had great activities and a late night party. As the parents we were able to relax and enjoy the sun. The pools were nice but could do with more sun loungers, they seemed to get taken very quickly. The lunch time menu is not the greatest. Probably better to venture out. |

The hotel was very tastefully furnished. The service and staff at reception,restaurant and cleaning were excellent. The food was fresh at breakfast and dinner and a good selection at both. The hotel had plentiful sunbeds and outside area's, (no fighting for or reserving beds). Pool staff very helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The spar was excellent. There was nothing of any real sinificance and we would definately return, but some minor points are as follows: A good outside restaurant for lunch but expensive and not enough small snacks to choose from, or preferably a samll snack bar. Not enough hot vegetable selection at dinner. The UK TV channels BBC1/2/3 and ITV did not work for most of the holiday, could have been the high wind. But these are very minor points and do not in anyway change our opinion that this is a very good Hotel. |

Outstanding service, excellent food and very nice rooms. Additionaly, the hotel provides or can arrange a lot of activities such as private boat trips, day at a golf club etc. to enrich your vacation experience. We would without doubt choose this hotel if we visit Tenerife again. |

Excellent Hotel ,very clean hotel ,great design and well decorated,great staff ( very kind and also very professional ). Although the hotel was fully booked it was imperceivable and very quiet ,the atmosphere was fantastic. - Excellent pool and great restaurant near to it. - Very spacious rooms and great balcony views. - All facilities are new. |

Very quiet peaceful location. Everyone was delighted to help you. Nothing was too much trouble The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. The one problem was one of the female chefs could not cook eggs they were burnt every single morning except for the two mornings she was not there. |
