everything was perfect , it was the last time I read the mean and inhibited comments on tripadvisor of the miserable people who write there . Even the pictures are not fair , I m happy I stayed there .

Some people think it is annoying that you need to walk 10 min to go to the beach , if you dont wanna do it stay at bahia hotel .

The hotel pool area was lovely; very well kept and peaceful. We particularly liked the large day beds, although you had to get to them early. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The standard room was spacious and we were given one with a nice balcony / sea view. The pool bar food was very good and breakfast was generally acceptable (although the fruit selection / presentation could be improved). We were away on my birthday and a cake was delivered courtesy of the hotel management, which was a nice touch.

The outdoor pools were too cold. Inside the hotel lobby / common areas are very dark and unwelcoming, which is a shame as they look well furnished. The hotel's location is not great; up on a hill and about a 10 minute walk from the sea front. Some of the staff were surly. The food and beverages at the hotel were too expensive. Generally, I consider this to be a nice 4* property, but lacked 5* service and qualities.

thought bar area and lounge could have been more inviting also not any info about hotel facilities in room everbody we spoke to found this as well

Superb setting, really well appointed. Staff multilingual and very helpful. Rooms superb; if you can pay up for the better ones it's really worth it.

The only thing they need is a cd player or, preferably, an ipod docking station in the rooms... But that's really nitpicking. It was perfect.

Delivered everything one would expect from a 5star hotel coupled with very friendly and efficient staff especially at the reception desk,The pool areas and gardens were spotless and the breakfast and evening buffets were excellent.

This hotel offers something a little different to the standard up-market beach hotels. The design and style are unique and very attractive. The hotel is quite small and therefore never seems that busy at meals or round the pools. Staff are very friendly and good service and even remembered us from our visit last year.

the welcome, cleanliness, service, tranquility, communication

perfect for adults, very relaxing but not ideal for my teenage sons, felt i had to keep them quiet!

the staff were fantastic to us and our 11 month old boy - made us feel very welcome and at ease

the hotel is surrounded by a noisy road and is some walk from the beach so can feel a little isolated. the pools weren't sufficiently heated so we didn't swim and nor did our little boy which was very disappointing

We enjoyed the beautiful setting, the pools and their surroundings, the room and the service. The location was very convenient and the facilities good.

We did not have a good enough map to find the hotel in our hire car from the ariport in the evening after dark and were lost in Adeje and Costa Adeje for some time before happening to see a sign to the hotel. One more computer in the computer room would be helpful.

Top rooms balcony lacked sun cover, This ought to be rectified with umbrellas or an awning. Not a particularly inspiring atmosphere in the evenings. Spa was not personal enough, and lacked hands-on treatments.

Ruime kamers. Perfecte bediening en uitzonderlijk lekkere buffeten zowel bij het ontbijt als het avondeten.

Ligging in zwaar heuvelachtig gebied, afstand naar strand 500 meter geen probleem maar terug naar boven zeer vermoeiend ! Men zou oplossing kunnen vinden met buitenliften?
