Although the hotel was only 35% full the sunbathing area on the lawned area as well as by the poolside was excellent and spacious. The breakfast was well provided for with free champagne if you wanted it. The prices charged for drinks and snacks were expensive, which we were warned about by the locals! I.E. 4.5 euros for half a litre of bottled water, which resulted in many people going to the local spa, across the road and stocking up with provisions, slightly embarassing when re- entering through the main entrance but unusally the staff did nit seem to mind this and on a good note we were actually provided with an empty 2nd fridge in our room, which we were told was for our own personal use |

1- Fantastic, warm and hospitable staff. The young local chap is brilliant. He knows his job perfectly just top-notch! 2- Pool garden is romantic and beautiful 3- Few feet away from the ocean 4- Lovely landscape from the balcony, don’t forget to book a room with direct sea view 110% it worth it 5- Free parking area in front of the hotel 1- The buffet food in the restaurant next to the pool is great, painfully expensive though! 2- No fridge in the room, just selected beverages in a vending machine-like fridge 3- Very expensive WiFi internet if you want to stay in your room. Such an elegant hotel needs more generosity to run a free accessible internet throughout the hotel |

the staff were very friendly and were always their to help. i came with my 4 year old daughter and every morning they made me at ease for breakfast and looked after her in every way. she loved the pool area and the lifeguards were always on hand to oversee the area. i am saving up for my next visit with you so look forward in hearing about any family offers you have for the future. we stayed in a premier room i found i had to keep asking for fresh cups for your coffee machine and milk and tea bags were never replaced until i rang down. when you have a buggy it is hard to get across the dirt track out on to the sea front a better path way should be layed. |

Porter and Reception service Overpriced poor quality meals. Staff too numerous to recognise individual guests. Misrepresentation of number of restaurants open in the hotel. No easy walking access to local restaurant areas. |

This is a very nice hotel in a good location, with well-appointed rooms and lovely gardens and pool areas. The garden areas in particular are beautifully maintained. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food is of a reasonable standard, but rather expensive. The evening entertainment was rather unimaginative. |

Very nice, clean, large and well designed rooms. Excellent staff and service (very helpful). Great pool area... Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the hotel is very expensive. Gym could be larger and better air conditioned. |
