Iberostar Torviscas Playa  

Właściwie oceniamy hotel Iberostar Anthelia, do którego przeniesiono nas z powodu braku miejsc z Iberostar Torviscas Playa. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie. W tej samej cenie spędziliśmy urlop w hotelu 5-gwiazdkowym, z czego jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Hotel godny polecenia dla innych

Forma bufetu na kolacji nie jest zbyt trafna dla nas..

Wspaniałe, czyste pokoje z widokiem na morze. Miła, grzeczna i dyskretna obsługa. Wspaniałe wyżywienie, bardzo urozmaicone i jego doskonała jakość.

Ciasny parking, wymuszanie picia kupowanego do kolacji z widocznymi preferencjami osób zamawiających napoje w stosunku do osób nie zamawiających. 2 niemiłe panie kelnerki i sztuczne wymuszanie elegancji na klientach kolacji.

Ogromny wybor jedzenia zarowno jesli chodzi o sniadania jak I kolacje.Pokoj czysciutki, personel hotelu bardzo sympatyczny.Codziennie animacje w hotelu.Baseny super, czysto, ciepla woda.Kazdy znajdzie lezak o kazdej porze dnia.Bardzo dobra jakosc w stosunku do ceny.Wspaniala lokalizacja.

Brak czajnika do podgrzania wody na mleko dla dziecka, ale zawsze mozna bylo zejsc do restauracji lub baru, takze to nie bylo az tak duze utrudnienie.Windy strasznie powolne.

Hello, we liked the location , the spectacular view, the fresh water heated pool with jacuzzi. ; the entertainment at night, the food , friendly staff but didnt find the staff at outside bar as friendly as every where else in Hotel . food was excellent , but would liked to have seen maybe the odd curry dish on menu , and maybe some steak.

We were in room410 , and I found it very small for 3 people. It was also very noisy some nights & as a result my daughter found it difficult to get to sleep. Maybe if there was double glazing on that side of Hotel ? In places the carpet really needs to be completely replaced. The kids Club really only seemed to cater for very young children. Our flight wasnt until 7 in evening, so after a day at pool we had to get changed in the toilets , as there was no room made available to shower & get changed, I really thought that was awful got the feeing , well your Holiday is over , we have your money , now your on your own !! Those issues need to be addressed immediately.

Located near the beach. Large pool area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, no problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day, however,as always some people reserve sunbeds early in the morning and then rarelt materialize till after lunch!! Very friendly staff.

This was our third visit to the hotel and we were looking forward to good food, however, we were disappointed as we felt the standard of food had gone down hill on this occasion and would describe it as being very mediocre.

Relation price/overall medium quality

The different grades for room accomodation. I've booked a room thru booking.com and I felt like to those reservations the hotel gives a certain kind of room... You know what I mean... In my case, stayed at room 528 (5th floor), right wing, with a good parcial seaside view but right above where the trucks pick up the hotel garbage at 3/4 o'clock in the morning, every night! Imagine the guys on the floors/rooms bellow! I've pointed it out to the reception and they seemed to be aware of the problem... Tried to change of room, upgrade, paying an extra but the hotel was fully booked... No other chance than get used to it and went to the veranda and watch the beautiful view for about one hour each night!

Excellent location good staff and very good animations team.

It was unfortunate to witness a cockroach running around in the restaurant. The quality of food offered in the restaurant was very poor. The choice of food was very limited for us because we do not eat pork. I gave up eating chips many years ago but on this trip half of my plate was chips at both lunch and dinner thanks to the choice. Vegetarians need not bother visiting the restaurant. I also found it childish trying to charge us one euro per bag to weigh our bags in a four star hotel.

We liked very much view from our room ocean from the one side and mountains from the other (standard room without 15 Euro up grade) although we had got this room only after we asked a room on the upper floor not first floor that we received firstly. Breakfasts were pretty nice and fresh. Good swimming pool and shelf were you can exchange books with other tourists :)

It was our honey moon when we stayed in the hotel and nobody said anything in this regard. No fruits in the room as we read on the hotel's Internet site :( sure it was not the most important and expected thing however...

Great buffet in the evening. Always a high standard of good quality food and a great choice. Also some good entertainment at night in Hotel

I really enjoyed the pleasant ocean views and the charming waiter named Carlos who was always greeting our family so kindly each time we came to get our meals.

The dishes and utensils for dining were not always the cleanest and one receptionist had a nasty attitude as though I were bothering her upon seeing my approach to ask her a question regarding the bus route.
