Jestem po raz kolejny w tym hotelu. To mój ulubiony na Teneryfie. Bardzo dobry hotel za przyzwoite pieniądze. Internet bezprzewodowy mógłby być wliczony w cenę pokoju. Niestety jest dostępny tylko w holu i to za moim zdaniem wygórowaną cenę (7 euro / godzinę). |

The hotel was in a great location. We had a lovely view from our room. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The lifts were really slow but It wasn't a big problem...just use the stairs instead! |

Good breakfast for a Spanish hotel, close to the ocean as well as to shops and restaurants 7 euros per hour for internet!!!:((( I do not know if you can avoid it in the South but during 7 days of our stay I saw a cockroache twice in my bathroom... |

The location of the hotel is excellent. it provides easy access practically to everywhere - ocean, shops, bars, etc. Also I need to say a few words about the cuisine - big variety of very tasty dishes and desserts. It was absolutely not a problem to have no-repeat meals every dinner. Water in the warm pool smells chlorine too much |

The staff were brillant with our 2.5 year old she enjoyed the kids clubs mini disco and the shows, the waiters were very efficient and funny. The hotel is ideal for beach. Would def go back to this hotel. The beds were a little hard but that is the spainish way, the pool side bar's should reduce the prices for juice 2.80 for a glass this would stop everyone from going over the road to the shop. |

Excellent staff, in particular the entertainment team who were always enthusiastic and friendly. The location was also excellent with plenty of sun loungers at the pool. Food was repetitive. |

if you want to find a defect only tv showing not interantional channels for the rest i simply perfect, food very good staff very helpful and polite very close to the beach, i really recommend this hotel. for the price is unbelievable! |

Location is perfect: between lively Las Americas and peaceful Playa Del Duque. Nice Playa Fanabe beach is also very close to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very good with a lot of choice. Rooms from the main entrance side could be noisy because of nearby bars. Chambermaid sometimes forgot to refill shower gel or put a new make up removing tissue or a toilet paper roll. |

There was good choice of food in the buffet at breakfast and dinner. The pools are excellent and the hotel is right on the beach with all amenities available very close nearby. We stayed here during the recent Volcanic ash cloud disruption and the hotel was full. We checked into a room which overlooked the bars on the main road which often didn't stop 'entertaining' until approx 2am and our balcony door wouldn't shut so we might as well have slept in the bars. When we asked if we could move room we were informed they were full which was understandable so we moved hotel. The hotel is also not very adept at dealing with queuing during busy periods. Many of the German residents during the disruptions didn't seem to understand the concept of queuing and the hotel staff didn't do much to deal with enquiries in an ordered fashion, often leaving us queuing for longer than needed. |
